This review is not for the item quality but the international shipment process experience that gone bad TWICE with Lab Unlimited. I ordered certain items which are not available in the United States. I was told that they have experience with international shipments. The items were stuck at customs due to lack of information provided by Lab Unlimited and I had to spend significant time and energy to get this resolved. Learning from this initial problem, I specifically told them to include certain information for the next time to not to have the same problem. However, the same thing happened AGAIN due to lack of the same information. This time, it took so long that customs charged me an extra 93 dollars for the storage of the items. They have friendly staff who are responsive but 2 stars for poor shipment experience and for their inability to learn from mistakes. If you want international shipments, think twice

This is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They deserve negative stars! I ordered items back in November, 2020 and I still don't have them!!!! They never follow up or tell me what is going on. I have to constantly call and email and chase them to give me some information. Completely disorganized. Completely unprofessional. Disaster. Stay far away from these guys. Awful
