For the most part the staff is friendly, sometimes understaffed. Cover at door is reasonable before 12am, free on Sunday and Monday. And if the place is not too busy the dancers will give it away for free as they talk to you at length, just buy one a drink. They actually work against each other. So try Carl's cheap drinks and much more. See you there.

Summary: Rosalie or rose (dark roots to blonde hair) needs to be fired. Apparently, she needs to be fired again according to her coworkers. Very rude, self centered and drinks on the job. I went to take a picture of myself to post on social media of myself and then disagreed with the picture so I deleted it. A young woman behind me whom was not photographed was changing. Rosalie said no pictures while they changed in the back I said oh I m so sorry I haven t been to a place like this and since it s so dark Out there (main area) I wanted to take a picture In the bathroom of myself and one with my friend. She said well good thing I was here to tell you and I said thank you! My friend sensed her tension and tried to complement her by saying she looked hot. Rosalie said I know I m fine which confidence is key so hey! Good for her. Rosalie then said in a condescending tone that I could take a picture in a different area of the restroom and I said okay. As I went to go put my wallet down and ensure my other friend paid her tab, I walked back into the bathroom with my friend to hear her swearing and talking awful about me. I then said oh I m right here to which she stepped up closer to me (while drinking in costume on the clock) and was insulting me. My friend was appalled by her behavior and asked to talk to a manager. The dancer agreed and then walked away from my friend but never brought management. The other coworkers than expressed to me that she has had many complaints and to pay her no attention. They couldn t stand her and mentioned that we say something to management. As we were about to leave, I mentioned the issue to security and they said In relevance to the issue of the fight they wouldn t have aloud it to be physical. I mentioned more about the incident and they blew it off and then once mentioning I would write a review stated oh you are one of those people, well where do you work and I can write one about you! And then as we processed out he said just mention security here is awesome and handsome ...: I have worked in the service industry for 9 years! This place is awful and not worth time from me or my 7 other friends I brought with us. Never attending again. First and last experience. 0 stars

When I think of high class I think of Carl s the staff is 5 stars the environment is fun. cocktails are made by world class professionals. And the waitress will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care. All at a low price.
The booze is cheap. But the service is laxidazicle and the girls are extremely bias and stays with their race, more consistent with Hispanic women. I shouldn't and wouldn't ask for attention. Yeah so if you're Hispanic or white come here, if you're anything else don't waste your time. It got 2 stars only because of the cheap booze
If you enjoy smoking cigarettes compulsively and narcotics, Carl's is the place for you. Serving its denizens until 4am for years, you can enjoy a lap dance from a desperate woman if you fancy such a thing, or just work through the tail end of your drug trip in silence while you drive beers into yourself. Carl's smells like a mixture of regret and desperation, sprinkled with a case of the shakes.
