Poor communication with the sales person, and they don t back up their completely satisfied guarantee. Within 3 days of having my truck I had to bring it back to the shop for 2 days, got it back for 5 days then had to bring it back for 2 more days, had it again for 7 days then brought it back to the shop and they had it for 17 days. No matter how much they ve had it compared to me, they refuse to give warranty to make up for that. Carl Black will never have my business again. This is by far the worst dealership I ve ever been to.
