Caring health center, inc. Review

Horrible experience .my mum usually goes Main Street for appointment ,today we went there and they send us to summer ave. Summer ave front desk lady said ur appointment is not here it s on Main Street again and send us back saying she is not here.it s already late and we missed the appointment later doctors call us saying she is in summer ave waiting for us.then why front lady send us back ? I tell her Main Street front desk send us here but she didn t listen us or what idk ,she just say not here .it s waste of time and they make us run and waste our parking fee.super mad they don t have good service.And why they didn t even inform us before coming to my mum appointment that doctor is in summers ave not in Main Street. When they call us to conform the appointment why the hack they didn t inform us and make us run to one caring to another?

Love it . everything in one place. Like if you have to have blood work done . It's like 2 doors down. Not @ another building. Quick in and out.

I had my dental needs met here some 5 years ago and they did an amazing job on what I needed done so much to the point of going back once again and have a very simular procedure done again so that is how you know a place is good when you go back

I had a tooth removed on August 5 the doctor said come back in 2 weeks to do impression for dentures.very happy with his work.
But when I went to front desk and spoke to Cadence she said the doctor wants me back in 5 weeks.she make an appointment for September 13..so I have no front teeth for over 5 weeks..I guess it a lot easier for her to find a open appointment 5 weeks later

It was good overall. Due to covid we had to wait outside in the cold for a while but it's all good. The staff are respectful and they help with what we needed for the most part.

Front desk and HR i dont know where they get these workers from?? A Temp?? Half of the dont even know what they are doing they look lost. Or look like they are there for a paycheck horrible place to go

We received first class service. The representative who helped us, Noor, was very attentive and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved immediately. Highly recommend this health Centre to others in the area.

Fraud. Lying about cavities I didn t have which is insurance fraud. Run far away from this especially if you have good insurance. Not sure why I even gave them the time of my day.

The USCIS listed Caring Health Centre as one of the centres to do a medical examination. I called the centre this morning (June 21) at 9:30 am to seek an appointment and ended up speaking with a front office personnel who bemoaned me for not knowing how things work at the centre. When I informed her that the doctor I was trying to get hold of is listed on the US official website, she started losing her patience and in a rash manner hung up on me.

I expected a certain level of civility from a staff working at a health care centre who goes by the adjective "caring."

Alyssa from the dental department was very professional and accommodating given the short notice of my fathers tooth pain! She was able to get my father in quickly! Dr. Castro and Chrissy did an awesome job extracting the tooth! Quick and painless! Thank you!
