Miraculously, the mechanic knew without even looking that the asterisk of less than an inch was so incredibly heavy that a new window had to be installed, because yes a woman does not know that it can simply be repaired. Fortunately, I would get an original new window, but without a logo. Turned out to be not as original as Mr. indicated. Fortunately car language glass was able to repair this asterisk within half an hour and a new window was not necessary.

Helped well. You can hardly see anything of the asterisk anymore. The car has also been cleaned neatly.

Two weeks ago an appointment was made for windshield replacement and today between 10 and 12 the mechanic would come by. I get a call at 11:30 that the windshield has not arrived this morning. Then it is done as if it is completely normal to cancel an appointment so late that you stay home for a day. Service is hard to find at carglass.

Neat waiting area and staff (hightower) were friendly. In my case the damage to my windshield could not be repaired (too small damage) but it was explained nicely why not.

Criticism from other people that Carglass does not want to replace the windshield unnecessarily, I do not understand because they are only allowed to do so after consulting with the insurance company and sending photos so they cannot just do that. Could that be without consultation then I would like to have my windshield replaced but could not.

I got my brand new decorative strip back with a dent. There was an adhesive tape over the dent so that I only saw it at home. Furthermore, the boys there were always super friendly. Must be able to handle a modern car better.

Due to a leak, I went to carglass as a new window was recently installed. They do everything they can to remedy things.

What excellent service and excellent help and engineers.
I was late for my appointment, and they actually did not have time to help me with a new window, due to very busy planning. Yet they took the trouble to help me and also very carefully and quickly. Excellent service and compliments for the mechanics, one had even literally worked up a sweat to be able to replace the window.
I hope I will not get window damage again, but if this will be the case I will definitely go back to Carglas Hoofddorp.
