If you are seriously looking into this company as a place of employment, please look somewhere else. While this job is easy and the trainers are friendly, that s were the professional courtesy ends, in my opinion. From my experience, once you are on the floor, you are met with toxicity. Problem Managers as they call people with the title Analyst II, are (in my opinion)openly allowed to be aggressive toward Analyst. Team Leaders allegedly do not follow ethics training. In my opinion, Operation Managers and Team Leaders alike will turn a blind eye to this behavior. This company allegedly has a lawsuit against it for unpaid time and it s just a meaning of time before they get sued for allowing such a toxic and hostile work environment. This isn t coming from a disgruntled ex-employee. I m still working for the company. I am sure they won t be to pleased with this review either. I m just in the business of protecting those with stress-illness or other higher functioning mental illnesses in the work place. In my opinion, this is not a good place for anyone stuffing from mental illness. Since I ve started, I ve witnessed 5 people quit. One being complete job desertion. Understandably, so. In my opinion, I d class this place as a revolving door workplace. In my opinion, you have to be willing to deal with a lot of unprofessional behavior to say here longer than a couple years. There seems to be a culture here; one that I wouldn t necessarily cultivate should I be in the managements place.
They wanted to save money so they fired my dad and he loved that job and was one of the best workers there now as his daughter I feel really bad for my dad because of the stupid company
The Worst IT company to work for. I am talking about incomplete training provided, no communication from your management whatsoever. If you like being set to fail, best company to work at!!!!!!!.
