stay away! Sara Elena Ramon is a bad person and looks like the spawn of a deceased Hippo. She has no manager experience, not sure why she was promoted. Do not trust her, she does not keep her word!

The bosses and managers are friendly and understanding. The company culture is very good . Sincere family oriented company. There are always weekly pot lucks and employee appreciation events free to employees and family members such as Sea World and Fiesta Texas. Not the usual Call Center more of a "Care Center" with clients that are health and medical based. One of the biggest programs with team members and Nurses is the 24/7 Nurse Advice Line. Highly recommend.
I work at Carenet and I have to say that this is the BEST job I have ever had. Think call center without that call center environment. Tired the massive rooms with people packed in like sardines? Tired of managers walking around and acting like slave task masters? Tired Machiavellian upper management? Tired of team leads that are totally clueless? Then you will want to come here. I know you heard it all before at other places, "We care about our employee's," as the manager stands there smiling at you with a knife behind his back waiting for you to turn around. Rest assured you wont find that here. They really care about your welfare here and treat you with respect and don't talk down to you. If you have a personal issue or something that you need to take care of they are very accommodating. As we all know the majority of call centers are dead ends with no opportunities for advancement or the ability to move into a different position in the company. Here that is not so. There are tons of areas you can move into and plenty of opportunity for advancement. I have been with Carenet a year in Aug. and it does not even seem like it has been a year. If you want a REAL change then give Carenet a try. You wont be disappointed.
Love this job,it really isn t for everyone like every call center, some people just aren t meant for customer service in a call center. I ve worked in a lot of different environments but to be honest it is a piece of cake, I m not constantly getting yelled at by rude people on the phone, management is great, like all jobs there are pros and cons but the pros definitely outweigh the cons, the job is really simple and easy, and I don t have a criminal record. If someone is complaining about working here, it s probably because they A) sucked at their job or B) Didn t follow simple procedures. The job pays fair, the bonuses are great. Easy metrics to hit, there s really only 3 metrics, The pay and hours of working are discussed with you when you get hired. In my personal opinion I don t understand why people complain about the pay when they do not have a college degree. And if you have a college degree it s not needed here because all you do is take information down or transfer.
work place was not great. Due to 37 year old Andrea Ramirez not being a good manager and due to the fact that she messes around with her own young employees and got pregnant by one of them. Do not trust Andrea (Andy) Ramirez
The pay is better than minimum wage. What makes it better is the staff. Very friendly. But hours are not set in stone, as contracts change some times from one week to the next. And the trainers are cool. But some times the projects are up trains, where the training is quick for the project, but paid for non the less. And the environment I'd clean, and they have free fountain drinks, and coffee and hot tea/cocoa. They like to have fun, and do prizes for meeting goals.
hey, i'm writing this review to let you guys know from my OWN experience and what i went through. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AT ALL! its very unprofessional as well as make you think that its one thing and its not. first off, i just started this job two days ago and mind you i'm still in training, they have you reading from a script out loud in front the class, while you re reading out loud they taking notes. so after all that, if you don t meet their requirements while your reading, they basically pull you in another room and tell you that, the manager doesn t feel your qualify for that particular roll. i'm writing this because, you can t judge no one on how they read the script because obviously you re still in training and of course your going to stumble over some words, that s typically if you re in training. so I'm saying this to say don t waste your time because yes they fired me on my 3rd day of training, which is pathetic and unbelievable.
The pay is abysmal and they don t communicate well at all. Any time you email them, prepare to either not get a message back, or prepare to try to figure out what you have to do with whatever they re sending you in response to your question. Unless you re absolutely desperate for a job, don t work here.
it should be known. That Krystle Moreno was a rude unprofessional manager who looked like she needed to exercise and stay away from the buffet line. That woman (if you wanna call her that) was huge. Krystle Moreno did not follow policy and would always belittle the employees. She looked like the spawn of a deceased Walrus. Do not trust Krystle Moreno.
