I do not recommend it at all. They did not explain, they were not clear with the contract and the one who was harmed was my old man. "YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE TO RECEIVE IN ADVANCE, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE IT" FALSE. Initially they were asked for three days, I was told that it was necessary to pay in advance, so we reduced it to two days only because it was all the cash we had at the time. However, after the second day, the nurse keeps coming and now they want to charge me retroactively for those additional days that it was. But then, aren't you telling me that I can't take that third day because I don't have the money but you keep coming WITHOUT INFORMING ME and now you want to charge me retroactively? Why wasn't that done initially when I asked for the third day and didn't have the money? It doesn't make any kind of sense. The nurse, according to my father, was Monday and Wednesday it was two hours and she left saying that she was coming back and she never did. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS COMMUNICATED, they continued like tape recorders saying the same nonsensical thing and ended up telling me "well, you have already signed the contract, you have to pay for it." Oh and to top it all it was Monday and Wednesday and the person (PQ THEY ARE NOT NURSES, THEY ARE KEYWORKS AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU AS NURSES) appears on TUESDAY and I wanted to pay him that day too. They took advantage of my old man's health to keep scamming me. They do not have internal communication between them and they do not know what is happening with their company.
I RECOMMEND ABOVE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY THE PERSONALIZED CARE OF GERONTOLOGIA CLINICA CSIS. MUCH BETTER SERVICE, MUCH BETTER QUALITY AND THEY ARE CLEAR WITH WHAT GOES AND WILL NOT HAPPEN IN THE CONTRACT. AT THE SAME TIME THEY MAKE A MUCH BETTER CARE OF THE PERSON AND IF THEY ARE NURSES.
