Everyone that is associated with this place from the receptionist to the case managers are nasty and rude individuals from beginning to end!! Every one of the people that we dealt with from this agency has been terrible!!! THESE people were heartless. Don't subject yourself or your loved ones to the lack of care that you receive from Care Choices. So awful to treat dying people and their families the way this place does !!

After 40+ years of Nursing with the specialty in Senior Care Management, I can honestly say, I have never observed the excellent quality care, supervision, kindness, and dedication, that our LOVE ONES received.
As responsible for finding the best possible Hospice available, My search lead me to Care Choices. The reviews were excellent and this company did not have law suits and fraud charges like others in the field!!!!!

Care Choice hospice has amazing dedicated nurses and office staff. My 98 year old father is a patient. When my dad was in pain and dehydrated, the office got a nurse here in 20 min. on a weekend .The nurse stayed untell dad was willing to eat and drink enough so that he could be given pain meds. They shower and shave 2 times a week. Also have volunteers that call to talk to my father as well as send him notes.

There are no words that can express the gratitude that I have towards this agency, they provided my family with absolutely amazing services! From consistency to the quality of each angels who came to assist my wife's grandfather in his last days, each one of them were so attentive, caring & polite.
The professionalism and caring personalities of Miriam & Gregory really made an amazingly positive impact on my wife in helping her get through those tough times.
CareChoices, should be the only Choice out there.

I was not very happy with their services. I ran out of bedding supplies one night for my dad and almost ran out of medicine on another occasion. I had to call Care Choices several times to replenish things, a patient s family should not have to do this. Hospice is supposed to be on top of the supplies and medicines. The case worker was rude sometimes and the hygenic care my dad received from the bathing person was not very good. My dad s hair had not been washed at all and he was scratching his head, my hired, non-hospice help became concerned and washed his hair, clipped his nails; and spent 30 minutes on dental cleaning.With Care Choices I did not feel like my case worker was very compassionate. The nurses were nice and the social workers.
I can only give my mom's caregivers the highest of praises. An amazing group of people. My mom's doctor recommended them as she had used them for her family member. I could not have made it through my mom's transition without them. Fabulous family support as well.
Because of the team at Care Choices my Mom was able to spend her last days in the privacy and comfort of her home. As her caregiver, I felt supported in every way. Supplies and medicine were prompt - of course I had to tell them when they were needed! Mom s night owl schedule was respected and my particular way of care was supported. Most every contact with the company was 5 star. The ones that weren t were insignificant. I am forever grateful. Highly recommended!
I have nothing but love and respect for the kind, compassionate people employed here. My Mom worked here for several years; sadly she passed away January 26th due to bone metastasis from lung cancer and many of the nurses and aides who trained under her were there to provide love and support for her during her final days, as well as emotional support for my brother and I. I'm so grateful that during my Mom's final days she was surrounded by such a caring and lovely group of people. Endless gratitude especially to Robin, Gregory, Marie, Kim, Vicki, Joan....the list goes on. I'll never forget the kindness and love you all showed us.

My husband recently had 19 days of hospice care with this company. While there were some very good direct nursing/home health staff experiences, their medical director, Mohana Kulkarni, M.D. made an initial medical error and refused to stand accountable for it or agree to be collaborative with our private physician, so it could quickly be resolved. This brings into the question Carechoices overall leadership and adherence with their own mission statements, so you may want to research other companies before making such an important choice. Additionally, it created a lack of trust and comfort on both sides---theirs and ours---which should not be a factor when your loved one is dying. Lastly, communications and supplies sometimes lagged, as did follow-through with the social worker we were assigned, but never heard from to schedule our meetings.
Every team member provided care in a professional and timely manner.
I had worked in several Hospices in Orange County, CA and this one surpassed all expectations. They were on time, communicated clearly and provided excellent care. I will always be grateful
