I recently had an experience that left me underwhelmed. The process felt cumbersome and not as straightforward as I had hoped. Additionally, customer support was lacking when I needed assistance, making it frustrating to get the information I required. 😕 It’s clear there’s room for improvement in both the user interface and service responsiveness. Overall, I can't recommend it at this time.
