Really enjoyed my first visit to Cardrona. Easy access from Wanaka and was very easy to hire ski gear and get onto the slopes quickly.

The lifts were great and the runs were very well groomed.

Very enjoyable skiing and very sceanic views

Would strongly recommend visiting.

I found it easier to access and better runs that remarkables or treble cone

Staff are lovely, everything's well maintained and it's nice to bring beginners as it isn't as busy (at least when I was there) as other places can be. Food is a tad expensive but that's to be expected at any alpine resort/ski field

Stopped by for mountain carting. Has a great time but, as it was not deemed to be a busy day, not all lifts were running and we wasted quite a bit of time waiting for the shuttle bus. They should really increase the duration or give a discount when the lifts aren t running...

Amazing place, beautiful scenery, and thanks to Tom the instructor (I think he's Russian?), I now know how to ski and managed to ski down a huge hill. If cadrona doesn't mind, please tell him thank you from "that Thai dude".

Great ski field for a last ride, and during spring, and considering the conditions were icy. I imagine during Winter, and with fresh powder, this would be a great ski field for beginners and intermediates. Also: the green runs are nice and wide, the blue runs provide a little bit more steepness . Yet to do a red or black run here - Will be back for round two in winter 2020

Events team is absolutely hopeless at communicating changes in event plans. Had a race scheduled for today and received no emails no phone calls nothing on their website or social media to say it was canceled. Drove 1.5h up the mountain to then get told its been changed to next weekend. Useless and a waste of money.

Best skifield in Queenstown! Runs to suit every skill level, all day kids school, champagne bar in the snow, regular cafe + noodle bar options for lunch and the chairlifts move quickly to minimize wait times - still very busy on a good day though but worth it!

Honestly could not fault Cardrona in ANY WAY. From our initial experience at the shop in Queenstown, staff were friendly, helpful and informative.

We ve never snowboarded before and they taught us about how items should fit, item sizing etc. All of this team were super helpful and friendly and helped us change to snowboarding with no hassle (as we had accidentally booked skiing).

We arrived the next morning to board the bus up to Cardrona and the driver was cheery, friendly and helpful, and we felt safe the entire ride up the mountain.

Once we arrived, our instructors were the same, friendly, helpful and most importantly very patient with us as complete newbies to the sport.

Lunchtime was absolute chaos with the entire building full of people however we managed to quickly get food, quickly get a seat and get back to our afternoon lesson.

By 4pm we were riding the chairlift to the top and snowboarding down the mountain, and it s safe to say that thanks to the gang at Cardrona we are snowboarders for life (we ve already looked at purchasing our own!)

Our biggest thankyou extends to the entire team at Cardrona, our experience was absolutely second to none and we loved every minute of our experience with you!
