Ordered a power steering pump from Amazon. Works 100%. It is very nice they give you the option and even picked up shipping to return the core part for a core refund. I was just curious and typed in the address from the core return label on google earth. Wow! Impressive facility. Thanks again Cardone!

Fast unloading,parking lot,docks are tight but it is ok overall
Sad day yesterday at Cardone as over 100 employees were laid off, most were long time employees with over 15 years off service.
This company continues its downward spiral, third generation will be its last, they are definitely trying to sell and take the money and run.
Fast unloading and employees are really nice. Security guard at night also cool guy. They got parking right next to the entrance, if you get there before your appointment time
Sold me a defective steering rack. I'm out $250 for the original and $600 for a quality replacement, plus 6 hours of labor. I will never buy another Cardone part. Reached out to their "support". They have reading comprehension issues and refuse to help.

I wish I could give 1000 stars...Best company ever!!!! I have a 1998 Dodge Viper with a few hundred miles on it...voltage spike with battery charger destroyed the ECM...believe it or not...this company allowed me to have it sent in to them, for a few hundred bucks they fixed my item, works flawless...with out them I do not know what I would have done...the part is simply not for sale at any price...THANK YOU SO MUCH CARDONE!!!! You guys are the best company ever..serious what large business stops everything and fixes one piece? WOW!!!
This company has terrible customer service. I received my hydro booster back from Cardone after they had rebuilt it. The booster was missing an internal part that i never removed from the unit before i shipped it. I called right away and spoke to a gentleman who was trying to blame me for it being missing saying "You never shipped it with the part and we get people saying this all the time". They sent a horrible black and white picture back saying this is how it came. I can barely see the unit in the picture and this guy is telling me its not there... I asked him to email me a clear picture to prove that its not there and i never got an email back. I am now stuck with this hydro booster and have to spend more money to replace the part that they stole or lost. I will never recommend or do business with this company again.
