As long as you show up and work hard it is a wonderful place to work. They actually do so much for there employees compared to a lot of other factories.

Most God awful place to work lol I was there 8 years and it was horrible the entire time. The expect a lot but do very little..you are just a number. I would work for McDonald's before I would ever go back there!!

Wonderful place to work, full of nice people and they train you well and the work is not hard. And they're always willing to lend a helping hand.

CYT is a great place to work if your a motivated go getter type of person, I work here through tradesman international and I absolutely love working here ,awesome pay awesome environment to be in.i also love being able to work alot of hours if I want to.my wife is a stay at home mom with our children, this job made that possible for me.i genuinely enjoy going to work everyday

There is a new guard shack replacing the one at the main entrance. The guard shack is a few hundred feet down the road from the main entrance.

Good pay for area not hard work but some work alot of hours

Great pay, but the training and management need a major upgrade as the line leads can't run most of the machines themselves

Very hard to see turn off to their parking lot in the dark if driving north on 42, watch out !! Sewer Ditch is hard to see before the turn off into the gate, must use caution!! Should have an over head light Illuminating the sewer ditch could cause major accident.

Horrible management. Extremely hot and unsafe work conditions. Inappropriate conduct by floor supervisors.
