I recently visited a children's medical center, and overall, my experience was average. The medical staff was competent and provided adequate care for my child. However, I felt that the facilities could be improved to create a more welcoming and child-friendly environment. Although there were no major concerns, there is room for enhancement. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts put in by the medical center in ensuring my child's well-being.

Masks must be worn. When walking in, temperature is checked and given a sticker to let people know your good. After, your directed to one of three desks to get information about visit and another sticker... and then your on your way to your destination. We got there 30 minutes before and barely made it after all checked in upstairs. Dr. Cruz is great with kids in the Ophthalmology department. We go every other year and my son is a handful and he doesn't seem to care.

We had a wonderful experience in the emergency department. The entire team involved in my son's care from check in to discharge did great but we can't begin to express our most sincere gratitude to Dr. Rowe, Joe and Dr. Peter for the fantastic job repairing my son's facial laceration. Thank you!

Great nurses and residents, but the doc was not personable and it didn't seem like she read the chart.

One of the best childrens hospitals hands down. My son has been in the nicu (born at 27weeks) and the nurses and doctors really make sure he gets well and reaches his goals. They made us feel comfortable and answer any questions or concerns we have. Forever grateful for them. Thank you.
