Wish I could give zero stars. First off the staff didn t leave the counter once. Also the Buckeyes lost to Iowa earlier in the day and my father loves to talk sports. He s a huge buckeye fan and told the staff how disappointing that game was. You could tell the two of them probably heard this from every customer that day so they seemed irritated and took it out on my old man. Making smart jokes and laughing to each other when he wasn t looking. Well I saw, and I m beyond pissed. I have spent 100+ dollars there on the usual getting jerseys, hats, Etc. not any more, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
If management would like to know what employees are being unprofessional this occurred Saturday the 4th at 8:30 pm at the Mall at Fairfield Commons.

Always love going into this store. If you want a large selection of buckeye gear and other Ohio teams....this is where you will wanna go. They do have a few pieces of non-Ohio team gear available...BUT not much! It can be a little pricey, but they always have a few clearance racks to look through if you're trying to score a deal. Went and got a long sleeve OSU shirt and its so comfy.
