We just stopped by for a quick appetizer and drink, so I would like to come back again to get a full meal, but over all wasn't bad. We got the cheese curds and spinach and artichoke dip. Cheese curds were average, but the dip was outstanding! Would definitely recommend that as an excellent appetizer! Service was great, so no complaints there! Will come back to try a full meal!
Carbone's Apple Valley was busy yet our Waiter was consistently checking back and refilling beverages. Our food was hot and delicious. Strongly recommend this restaurant.
This is the best Carbone's Pizza. The bartenders are great. The staff works hard. The pizza is the best...lots of cheese...right amount of sauce and crunchy crust. I also love the salmon BLT and my family loves the Cajun chicken pasta. Great place to watch a game or get some great food . There is a sports bar section and a restaurant section depending on your mood.
My wife ordered a small pizza and I ordered a wrap with fries. The on-line order pick up time was 5:55 pm. We arrived a few minutes early because I don't like the food to get cold. The wrap with fries were ready when we arrived. The pizza was not, I saw many other people coming after myself and pick up their food. I stood and waited for at least 20 minutes before the pizza was done. I was spoken too multiple times saying the pizza should be done soon, but to me if your trying to stay in business during a pandemic, you don't say that it half the order will be on time and the other half will be delayed for 20 minutes, the wrap, fries and Pizza should have been done at the same time. The pizza was good according to my wife, but the fries were stone cold by the time we made it home. I had to call back and complain because the Manager said she would comp the pizza which did not happen since I paid in cash with a $10 as a tip, which I wouldn't do again until things are actually finished. They did comp the order after the call, but who knows if that is actually true. My wife likes the place, so she can use the comp, if there is one, to order in the future. I will not be back.
We came in and received slow service and felt ignored. Silverware was dirty and had noodles stuck in the rolled fork. Value of food for price charged is poor. Disappointed in the options of tap beer, no tall or pitchers of beer for a sports bar seems like an oxymoron. No options for diet specific customers, no gluten free options for this location. Not my top choice.
Best entertaining space in Lakeville. Pizza is excellent, salads are good, pull tabs will take your money but occasionally reward you. Only downside for me personally is not having Miller Lite on tap. Otherwise, this is our go to Friday night spot. See you there!

Tonight was our first time Eating at Carbones in Lakeville. Wow very impressed. Very very friendly staff, Chrystal was great, very helpful and friendly with kids. Portions were way bigger than expected and delicious. Even the person doing pull tabs was friendly. Very clean and fun environment. We will definitely be back.
