Alex Fleischman was the best! While this was not our first home purchase, it was the first one through an online lender. I have to admit I was a little nervous initially as I have always worked with a local lender, but after my first call with Alex I was totally comfortable. He was able to secure me an amazing rate and worked to find ways to reduce costs for us. Alex went ABOVE and BEYOND in our transaction and closed on schedule and with lower costs! CapWest did a great job with our house refinance. Chad, our broker at CapWest, was extremely patient as we collected the necessary information. We walked away from a different mortgage company because they harassed us to the point that we didn't want to work with them. Not the case with CapWest. We had great service, quick response - we're happy to lower our rate.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Andy Patton. He was very reassuring when necessary and very responsive and professional during what can be an incredibly stressful time for a future homeowner. I had some sort of communication with him daily until our property closed. He was always quick to respond if I contacted him and he was very good about explaining the process and keeping us updated.
