Everything was exactly as it should be. The staff were very helpful in explaining the procedures and choices, and patient while we went through the process of choosing .They provided everything we had asked for exactly as we specified. We couldn't have asked for better.

Stephen was caring and considerate during the funeral preparation. Everything went smoothly. They even posted an obituary and created a memorial DVD. It took a lot of stress off my family.
The Cremation Society handled all our needs in a caring professional manner. Our initial contact with Kevin was efficient, yet we never felt rushed. My mother was moved from the facility to the Cremation Society in a timely manner. Christopher was very respectful and caring helping us through the final stages of the cremation. He was very accommodating of our requests for viewing of the process and posting of the obituaries in out of state newspapers.

They were very pleasing to our every need. They made sure every little and big detail was taken care of with care and genuine concern. The genuine concern to our feelings has to be the main reason I will always use this facility. The whole staff not just one but the whole staff was a blessing to our family. I cannot think of one thing that wasn't taken care of.
Our family experienced a sudden and unexpected death. Cremation Society was recommended by the facility our family member was staying. Upon contacting them Henry explained everything in great detail as to what would take place and what paperwork they would handle for us. Things I didn't even think about was brought up and addressed. Cremation Society was extremely accommodating, Henry is very knowledgeable and couldn't be more thankful for what they have done for us.
John Paul could not have been a more compassionate and helpful person to work with. He came into the home and helped set expectations and answered every question. The thoughtful gestures and his presence made the whole unpleasant situation more bearable. Choosing Creamation Society of the Carolinas was and excellent choice.

They were thorough, had wonderful ideas, pulled together a great DVD of pictures, and supported the celebration of life in every way possible. If I could give them 10 stars, I'd do so. The best people in the world, they are not pushy, help you understand everything! I will send anyone hear. John Paul was very nice and he goes the extra mile to help in anyway he can. He explains everything, thank you and staff yall are truly amazing to us
Wish I could give them negative stars. They took my grandma into their care knowing that their crematorium was down for regular scheduled maintenance . They didn t bother to tell us this until after my elderly grandfather had signed the paperwork. When we asked when they could preform the cremation they were rude and inconsiderate and just completely oblivious as to why we would be upset that we couldn t plan a funeral without her remains. Then tried to charge us when we wanted to move her to a company that was actually able to perform the service. In this line of work you must be transparent and compassion they possess none of these. Do not use them!!!!
