Just started the KETO diet and this place was awesome. From PA and working/staying about an hour away. I've been here 3 times for dinner the past week. Snow crab and all sorts of seafood on buffet. If you're not feeling like seafood, there is also beef,pork,chicken available on buffet. Soups and salads too. Plus they have a desert bar included with buffet. Love it.
The food was good. Servers were great. Safety measures were good not great. The safety measures at the buffet tables was great. But they seated us right next to 3 other tables, when they had a lot more room to space us better. Price was a little high also. And we got the early bird discount.
We travel 2hrs to stay overnight and eat here. Go!

Very nice looking place ..but the food was dry and chewy the crab legs where dry the rest of the food taste like it was from a box the only thing going for this place was the desert bar I'll never go back there I been to every crab place in myrtle beach and I would recommend the giant crab over this place and it would be cheaper..
All I can say is THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE.......HANDS DOWN, Simply THE BEST Seafood you will ever taste on a buffet. It s actually the best buffet of all foods, because they have more than just seafood. Even down to the dessert buffet is AMAZING. My family and I were very happy, pleased, and satisfied. It s actually worth driving back down for 3 hours just to come here and eat We have truly found a new tradition whenever we come to Myrtle Beach. And the service from staff is EXCELLENT!!! Everyone so professional and friendly, you will not be disappointed. Even the ambiance inside is BEAUTIFUL and Clean and looks very upscale. Tip for avoiding long lines: We arrived at 3pm and walked right in, no line at all. We didn t even know the lines get long because it was our first time, but around 30 minutes of us being there, it started jumping and loads of people coming in, so try and go before 4pm to avoid standing, but heck this food is so good, I would stand in line for an hour just to get inside It still moves fast so either way YOU WIN. Okay Enjoy
Every thing was great I come here everytime I visit myrtle beach I took my sister a few years back and now she hooked so we brought our mom and dad and they loved everything

Very good seafood, a bit overwhelming with the crowd. Crab legs were seasoned well. It's a huge buffet, like probably 500 people in the place when it's busy. Lines for food move quick. The staff has serving down to a science. I am quite a picky guy when it comes to eating out. Overall the place was worth it, considering the huge crowds they are feeding. It's a great place for kids, especially having them try a host of different seafood

Best eat until you explode buffets in Myrtle. Look for coupons and come for the early bird special to save some money.
Loved it! This particular buffet had many composed seafood dishes that were to die for. So much more than a crab leg and shrimp buffet. They also great meat or "land" choices. Would definitely go back.

Great variety of food. Safety precautions are great. All you can eat crab legs and seafood. Along with prime rib and other selections.
Endless supply of Seafood, ribs and sausage. Great selection of desserts. Very clean inside and out. Loved the design inside this restaurant! $19 was a little pricey for our 6 year old daughter to eat. But it was a great experience there.

First visit! Wow! Not limit or wait for hot crab legs. Lots of food options. Seems very clean for a buffet. It is pricey but you can eat your money's worth.

As a former employee I can only tell you the truth about this place. The buffet is 37.99 for frozen, bagged, and pre made food. Cleanliness In the kitchen is no where to be found, management treats their employees like animals instead of people, and this establishment is just horrific to say the least. Please note that this restaurant not only lies to customers about their food, where it comes from, how it is prepared etc, but also underpays their staff and have gone through 2 lawsuits regarding these issues. If I were you i would steer clear of this restaurant, those people, and any Captain Georges near you.
Favorite part of our trip was visiting Captain Captain George's... well worth the money and wait for what you get and the staff are great!

Absolutely amazing food, and a quick-moving line despite the crowd... a little too expensive for my taste, but the food was definitely great.

This is a wonderful restaurant the atmosphere is beautiful. The place is very clean. Food was constantly being refilled. The service was great we were never without drinks most of time they'd bring us a new one before we were done with the first. And the table was always cleared of dirty plates. All of the food was perfect and the wait staff were incredibly nice. It is pricey but it is well worth it especially if you go on Sundays between 12-4pm it is discounted to $34 per person. We tried another seafood buffet in the area and it was more expensive and nowhere near as upscale or delicious.
Everything was DELICIOUS except for the shrimp. They do not devein their shrimp.

The pictures show almost all crab and crab legs, but they have every kind of Seafood! Eat here at least once. You won't regret it! Easy parking in back, which is the side, I think. This place is close to stores, activities, and lesser restaurants. Leave a little room for desert!

Delicious food and great selection. I am not a fish eater, but I love shrimp and I had not eaten crab legs in over 20 yrs and wanted to try them again. Also, I had never had she-crab soup. Everything was awesome. A little pricey, but if you are going to go to a seafood buffet, this is the one you want.
Captain George's is an event in and of itself so even though it's expensive you are paying for food and the entertainment of watching family eat 7 huge plates of crab legs. We'll designed. We did not have to wait on the crab legs....load, eat, load, eat..etc

Was in myrtle beach for vacation and wanted a night of seafood and all i can say is this was my first trip for seafood that i didn't leave disappointed.have been to many seafood places down here and this was by far the best place in town for seafood.the food was absolutely delicious and fresh tasting.the service is excellent.would travel from Raleigh,Nc where i live just to have dinner here again
