They advertise various job positions, but it's basically all field sales. The staff in the office are friendly though.
People are great and training is good. The manager Brandon will tell you, to trust him and come to him for anything you have questions on. 1st day out on the field on my own. I didn't remember the internet pricing, fired me for not knowing it. Didn't give me a 2nd chance. 2stars because the manager is a great dude but will fire you for simple things.
Drove an hour to Charlotte & then an hour back home, all for a 10 min job interview meeting (if that long) for no call back!! Not nice ppl...
Capstone is an amazing company that gives everyone the opportunity to grow and develop. The office environment is amazing and it is an authentic team/family atmosphere where everyone works together to achieve individual & team goals. Accepting the position at Capstone was by far the best decision I ve ever made!
The job title that I applied for included "marketing and communications", but it took me until the final interview for the manager to admit that it would be door-to-door sales type of work. The job does not offer any benefits and only pays commission, which I also wasn't told until the final interview. They seemed to be more concerned with recruiting more "potential managers" than with their services that they are trying to provide, which indicates to me that this is a pyramid scheme. The manager said that within a few years I would be making a six-figure salary, which I know is not realistic. Recent college graduates who are desperate to find jobs, be aware of this scam.
