Had hand tied extensions put in. Absolutely amazing, very friendly, kind and great atmosphere.

Exceptional attention to detail. Tarek is very skilled and creates masterpieces. I will not go anywhere else. Very clean friendly and happy environment.

All I can say is Tareq was amazing! He was very honest about what was possible to do with my hair and made his best efforts to give me what I want. On top of that he and the rest of the staff were so kind! I am new to the area and was really unsure about where to go. I am so happy I chose to go here! Great environment! And again, all I can say is Tareq was WONDERFUL!!! Thank you!!

I spent $1200 on Bellami hair extension to be bonded into my hair. I had to go back the next day because the stylist never even gave me a haircut, so in the morning when the style came out, it looked like I had a mullet. Plus 15 extensions fell out. I went in and he put the extensions that I brought back, back into my hair on my head and gave me a haircut. Since then I ve been in 4 times with handfuls of extensions. Every time, the stylist puts them back on my head and sends me on my way. Except the last time, he put more hair in besides reusing the other extensions I brought back. (He only used 4 packs the first time) I didn t expect to pay for this service because I ve had to come back 4 times. I didn t bring money but I told Munem, the owner that I d bring him back the money and he said that if I walk out, he was going to call the police because I would be a thief. For real???? Anyway, 5 days later, 33 extensions have fallen out since the last time I was in there. I am so frustrated. I ve had extensions and this has never happened before. I call bellami, the hair company and they said the stylist must be doing something wrong. Plus these extensions are not reusable. (The stylist reused them every time I come back in.) I asked for a refund and Munem, the owner tells me that I have a medical condition and he won t be issuing a refund. There is a screenshot of what he said to me in my pictures. Worst hair experience in my 49 years. Don t go there. Rude front desk person. He name is Amanda. She likes to speak for Munem. I m over the lack of professionalism and I don t want this to happen to anyone else. *****I DO NOT HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION. I went to my doctor yesterday. And I went to a stylist yesterday and they are willing to go to court and testify that he put them in wrong. Also they said you are not supposed to reuse them and the stylist totally reused them all 4 times I came back. I called bellami the hair company. They told me this. You made a mistake. You just don t want to take responsibility. Wow. So now I have a doctors note and a letter from another stylist who inspected your services on my head. I ve already filed a claim with the better business bureau. I guess today I ll go file down at small claims court. This was on you Munem.
***just spent $400 at another professional salon getting these mistakes taken out! The owner of the salon couldn t believe Munem at capricio is trying to say this is a medical issue. I also went to my doctor and he said there is no medical condition either. I have a letter from both that I will be taking to small claims court. At this point chunks of hair were falling out of my head. Pictures posted below. Munem the owner of capricio will not take any accountability for this and he s totally in the wrong. It s really sad.

Today was my first time coming here after being recommended by a friend. And I have to say, it was the most warm, welcoming, friendly and professional service I've ever been given at any salon.
Kenzie did my hair and I've seriously never been so happy with my hair EVER. She took my hair from drab to fab!! She's Amazing! I also had a brief interaction with the salon owner and another stylist, Loren; both were so welcoming and extremely friendly. I'm actually going back to get extensions in a couple of weeks and I can't wait.
I highly recommend this salon. They do everything!!! Hair, waxing, spray tan, extensions, eyelash extensions... and more!!!

This is hands down the best salon in the area! I come here twice per week and my hair always turns out amazing. I would never go anywhere else to get my hair done! I love the staff here, excellent services!!

Always willing to make appointments in a pinch and are great for a good looking quick haircut. They will take your coat at the door, offer you a drink and then get your hair cut, dyed, or extended.

From the moment I walked in for a consultation to now becoming a regular client I can assure they will not only make you feel at home , but that you can trust their whole team will take care of you & your hair! To me this is a priceless feeling to experience in a hair salon because for me personally prior to coming here going into a hair salon would cause me fear and anxiety that I won t like the results in the end. So now it s such a blessing to have found a place I can feel completely secure in the finished product . The Capricio owner and team will ensure no matter what that you leave loving your hair.
