We used Cappza's to cater our daughter's birthday party at school as, in these Covid times, no home made treats were allowed. The pizza was a hit. The delivery and prep work was excellent and the staff was very helpful to ensure on time delivery right before their lunch time window.

I screwed up my own order assuming cheese came on a breadstick pizza. They promptly fixed and redelivered it!!!! (Yes I tipped both times). Open it up to a Perfect looking CHEESE Breadstick Pizza! Delicious and great at helping me fix My mistake...
Too cheesy, and I don't mean that good, herbaceous mozzarella way, more in the fake provolone/cheddar mix way. It'll serve well in a pinch because the sauce and dough are good though

I spent $33 for a large pizza, a 5 ingredient mix of meat and veggies. Was very good, and there were leftovers after 3 of us had dinner.
We stopped in for the first time ever yesterday and the person who helped us was amazing! He was patient as we ordered our pizzas to take home, very cautious while serving us our two slices to enjoy in the dining area while we waited and then even offered to bring our order to our vehicle for us when we asked for the approx wait time!! When we walked out of there we both said "wow the service here is awesome!" Even better... the two local businesses near this location had recommended them and boy are we glad! Kid friendly place and very safe.. eat local and enjoy!
I ordered a classic dagwood and instead got what seemed like 2 tortillas thrown on top of 2 pieces of ham 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of bacon and there was more lettuce in the sandwich than there was anything else. It was so bad I had to throw away the entire sandwich and take a photo so people would believe how bad it was.
Seriously, last time I ordered i asked if I could have all wings and they were like " sure you mean all flats" well guess I did.

Just handed the phone off to someone else. Now this person goes on to tell me its too much of a hassle and screws it up for others. ????? What someone might order all drums? What am I screwing up? And why was it NO issue last time.
Customer service is getting down right rude and its just not worth the hassle to h

I have loved Cappza's Pizza from day 1. I always order from the Farmingdale location. My food always arrives early and hot and always meets or exceeds expectations for flavor and freshness. I recently had an issue where one item was accidentally not delivered, but when I called to let them know they immediately offered to make a fresh one and deliver it ASAP, and the delivery driver called, too, to make amends. I was quite impressed. I highly recommend Cappza's for their food and their service. Oh, and may I suggest their BBQ Chicken Pizza? It's addictive.
I have been a long time customer for Cappzas in Waterville Maine and have sampled many of the dishes from appetizers through entrees. While there have been peaks and valleys between orders the overall quality has been consistent enough to keep me coming back. I write in tonight because I just received the most gorgeous buffalo chicken pizza I have ever seen. It is almost to glorious to eat. Two thumbs way up, 5 stars, give whoever made this a pat on the back and a pay increase. Damn.
