These Ladies are Awesome !!! and Patient. I have been renting for quite some time from them and it is a great possibility that now I will be a home owner because of them Donna is awesome always asking about my family Kelsey is sweet informative and patient our relationship and reference to rental property has been awesome and professional most importantly however we ask about each other's children and our Fur babies I love these ladies and I'm glad that they have been patient and supportive with me and my transition. If anyone tells me I'm looking for a rental property I always say Cecil Capps !!!

This business has been around a long time. People depend on them for affordable and decent real estate.

Very rude people. Asked about a house for rent as relocating to NC from Pennsylvania.Wouldnt help at all.

When I called to inquire about a rental property, the young lady that I spoke with did not seem very interested in my inquiry. I arrived at the office with everything and more in hand to apply, after applying I did not receive a call or email with an update on my application, I then call to follow up myself since clearly no one was going to reach out to me. I was told that my application was denied. (FLAT OUT) They did not even have the curtesy to give me a reason.

The ladies in the office are wonderful!! They make you feel like you are important to them and that they really care. They really were helpful and answered all my questions!! I highly recommend Cecil Capps Realty for anyone looking to buy or rent!!

Office professionals are helpful. I reported water leak at the end of the day upon me returning home to discover city had turned off my water in entire home, I contacted the office to report the issue @ approx 4:45pm they closed at 5pm but went out of their way to contact reliable maintenance to assure my problem was repaired. Although it was The end of the work day, the plumber arrived within 30mins and repaired the damage and had my water back on by 7pm. Thank You so much Cecil Capps!

Horrible unprofessional and probably the rest of what the other people said. They kept saying to give them more days to finish completing the paperwork. Each time they would sound reassuring. I turned down other houses waiting for them. When I asked for a reason why I wasn't approved. She was rude and said yoyr not approved bye and hung up. When I asked to speak to a manager she hung up. I hate I gave my $25 to fund their horrible company. I wish I checked the reviews first. Stay Away!! Save your money!! They dont like You if You know what I mean. Don't fund them.

I went without electricity in my kitchen for 4 days. (No refridgerator, no nothing) Now I have no running water and they don't consider it an emergency. Also, they have yet to fix crack in the window that I have been telling them about for over a year. Bad customer service, rude people all around.

I am highly disgusted with this Realtor Company! I feel as if i was sterotyped when it can down to renting from this property! They couldn t give me a valid explanation as to why they were trying to charge me a double security deposit. I strongly feel like it s because I m black and they were being discriminatory. But it s their loss! My dollar is the exact same color as the next! If your black don t even waste your time going to this agency!

Best realtor in town! Ms. Donna is thorough and dependable. She will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of and all the T s are crossed and I s dotted. Highly recommend her!

They haven t came and fixed our electricity for half of the house that went out on Thursday. It s been 5 days!!!

This is a horrible real estate to rent from, near the end of the summer my ceiling in one of the bathrooms was caving in, literally. It took them 2 months to come and fix it even tho I told them there was squirrels in and out of that bathroom. Now all 3 of my faucets have little to no pressure and my house has no heat, I called in December about my water and still no answer back to that problem, and I just called on the 19 of Jan. About me heat and its 4 days later and still no heat or word from Cecil capps. WORST REAL ESTATE EVER!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!

Cecil Capps Realty is the most unorganized, poorly run realty company I have ever done business with. The staff as well as, the management are rude and unwilling to help tenants. The manager is without a doubt one of the most incompetent people on the face of the earth and every experience I have had with management and staff they have been downright rude. AVOID CECIL CAPPS REALTY AT ALL COST!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

This is probably the worst realtor in Rocky Mount. There is no real standard of approval. You can have everything in order and still be denied with no explanation. Please do not waste your time. Worst experience.

The worse company to deal with take you to court after you explain a situation. They don t care if you have kids our not will put you out in the heat will not come and fix anything .

Great staff! Everyone here is very helpful and knowledgeable about there business!

They dont have pet friendly property even though its clearlh marked on the rental list. They have alot of unnecessary fees for the application $75 for the app and keys if approved.

Properties are too high priced for the conditions of the reasonably priced homes but the nice homes...hardly anyone can qualify for. You'd have to be like a frickin doctor or attorney to qualify for their outrageously high rental rates.

Just moved into apartment and it is filthy. There is paint all over the floor. The stove hasn't been cleaned. There is still items from the previous tenants in the apartment. The yard is covered in paper. Several power outlets are damaged. There is no fire detector in the living room. One of the toilets is broken. I called to report these ridiculous condition and was told a repairman would meet me in 30 minutes and did not show. I called again was told that their "co-worker" misinformed and that he would be here in 45 minutes and of course he did not show. This is my first and last time renting with this company and I am counting the days until my lease is up.

The prices will draw u in but the overall experience it the worste ever I would never recommend them
