Easy to schedule service appointment and they completed service in a smooth and timely fashion. Our advisor Celine was upfront on time required for service and it was completed in that timeframe. The service tech (Hoang?) got everything done and a slight detail correction and we were back on the road with our newly serviced car.

I love going here for an oil change or some major problems of my car the five star that I place in here is the proof that I still love going here including my service advisor, but today I was surprise when I was maltreated by a driver his name is Thao, an innocent question of what time I can be pick up if my service advisor said that my car has to be picked up at 6pm? He blatantly answer your last request will be at 5pm. So I ask him can someone pick me up then to get my car at 6pm, then another answer came from him, 'Your last request of pick up is at 5. So I felt so helpless here because I was expecting of a yes or no answer, and this guy mr. Thao would say "Can't you see, I'm working right now!" This is the worst ever customer service if you call this customer service experience I had so far.

My experience from start to finish at Capitol Honda was a good one; everyone pleasant, efficient and helpful. I especially want to highlight my interactions with John Osborne in the service department. I felt well taken care of with his timely follow-up and courteous ways; he inspires confidence - plus he s funny and fun. You should give him a raise.

My first time at this service center and it was amazing. Had to bring my car in without an appointment due to the tire pressure light coming on, and Wesley was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and profesional and explained everything with great detail. Wesley took my car in and had it done way before the time he stated which was so great! Honda is so lucky to have him I would definitely come back.

Great price. Lupe was outstanding. The service department is outstanding. I just had my 1st service. It was free by the way. I tell all my friends and family about capital honda. I will only go there to purchase vehicles and service my vehicles. Thanks again.

I had the poorest experience at Capitol Honda, entirely due to salesman Tommy Carter. Out of all my experiences dealing with car salesman, he is easily the worst. Don't be fooled by any low quote he gives you to lure you to the dealership; as soon as you start talking he will rudely interrupt and try all sorts of scummy tactics to make you believe you have a good deal. He has no qualms with openly lying that he'll "be back soon" while he's really off giving the runaround to another poor set of customers, forcing you to wait hours (we were stuck there for six hours while he pretended to be working hard for us) .
He is selfish, lazy, two-faced, and incompetent. I advise avoiding Tommy and suggest you find another dealership altogether.

Overall they gave us a good deal on the car and the service and quotes were very good. I will recommend this to a friend. The only thing I didn't like is the way the agent tried to sell us a car security system when we were signing our papers. If a customer says NO that means a NO and there is no point in intimidating the customer to buy one. Anyways, overall very very happy with the car and the price we got it at.

Update:

Reason for 5 star to 1 star drop - We were promised 3 coupons for oil changes when we bought the car that were supposed to be mailed to us. I have sent out several emails including the one below to inquire about it but haven t heard back from any of them. My calls are not answered and my text messages arnt replied to. Be very careful guys. The dealership is very sketchy.

Was recommended Capitol Honda through the Costco Auto Program. Such an amazing experience with them after being tossed around at Stockton Honda. The people at Capitol are extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and don't annoyingly try to up-sell you on accessories or things you don't want or need. The service team is amazing as well. Living an hour away, they offered to ship (for free) a part that I bought from them and offered discounts on parts that didn't fit the trim level of my vehicle. Love these guys.

Alan was great. He helped me get my car fixed within two days. Would have been faster if I didn't need my car that same Friday. Either way, he took care of the problem and made it as painless as possible. Thanks again for the help, Alan! The car is ready for the summer heat

Had concerns on the 'auto' feature of my headlights not working. It was checked fully and all seemed to be right but I wasn't comfortable so they had me come back when dark and Rebecca and Hoang were fabulous and very patiently went through everything. Thanks guys, great team.

Dropped the accord off to check brakes and rotors due to some violent vibration braking downhill. Service was excellent. Priced a bit high but all done great and no issues. They did give some good customer discounts.

Since I purchased my accord at Capital Honda I have brought my car to get serviced here. Although Stevens Creek Honda is literally 5 minutes away from my home. I personally like going with the same service advisor has they get to know you and your car well. Jeremy Sword has been great for the last 3 years I have taken my car. He is responsive anytime I leave I message, explains in depth any information issues and or concerns with my car. Definitely recommend him and this location.

I have always taken my Honda Civic to the dealership since I have brought my car a few years back. I brought it in for an oil change and the service advisor start bring up things that needs to be work on. One of the things they mentioned was the Cabin Filter. I literally just had it changed a month ago, but the tech insisted that it was dirty. I still declined the service. Came home and check it, it was clean...

This is to serve as a warning to future customers, don t listen to them. If you do, please ask them to show you what you need and always make sure if you need it done. If I didn t decline it, I would have paid over 100 dollars for something that was UNNECESSARY.

Was very helpful in assisting us find what we were looking for, as we already knew exactly what we wanted. Was friendly and down to earth yet informative. This was an excellent experience for the first time buying a car.

I was pretty disappointed with the service advisor...

I was pretty disappointed with the service advisor Jeremy.

I bought the battery from the Honda parts at this location about 2 years ago and installed it on my 2008 MDX since it is using the same part. Unfortunately, the battery turned out to be defective. It is still in warranty and so i brought it back. I spoke with Jeremy, the service advisor and he indicated that I need to bring my car to Acura dealer. I told him that i bought the battery from this Honda location. And he used the language "you don't understand" and I need to bring my car to Acura dealer for the warranty replacement because of how Honda may not get paid. This baffled me. As I didn't see any other advisor and as I didn't think i was going to get anywhere, I left the Honda.

After thinking about this further and contacting Acura, it turned out that Jeremy was not providing the information correctly. So next day in the morning, I went back to Honda. Turns out Jeremy remembered me and while I was waiting for service advisor he approached me and told me that Honda can replace the battery. No other explanation was provided. He knew that he was making the story the day before and I am back at the same location.

Jeremy did process my request and Honda did replace the battery at no charge as it was in warranty. But it did cost me another trip and I didn't really appreciate the fact that I got lied with a cold face by the service advisor.

So i give one star for the experience. And advise other customers to be aware of what answers the service advisors provide.

The staff here are friendly, but extremely slow. Also, if you are just going in to buy a vehicle and pay the price they have listed it for, then you will probably go back happy and give them a 5 star rating. If you are looking for a deal when buying, trading-in or selling, don't waste your time here. I got low-balled for my trade-in pretty badly here after wasting 4 hours looking for a car and finding one that I liked. Went to Anderson Honda just after this and I got the best deal for my trade-in.

Amazing service! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny - he was very informative, friendly and was the main reason why this experience was so outstanding. He was there from the beginning to the end of the process and helpful every step of the way. I do not live in down but have family in the area. I plan on taking my car back for future maintenance when I m in town. I ve taken my car to 4 other Honda dealerships for maintenance and this has been the best experience hands down.

My first time at this Honda dealership and I must say everything was smooth and excellent care to the fine detail. From ordering at the parts department to the service and installation..
They had the part even come early and on top of that they gave me a nice discount because they are just super nice here lol
I ordered parts at service department and booked it for service. They will show you love here and they are just genuinely nice and super professional.

.CAPITOL HONDA is the one right here if you have to choose it.. Hehe I highly recommend these GUY'S! ! !

I went into the dealership with a print out of the exact car with accessories I wanted. MSRP was $36,000+. The person who helped me, kept telling me he will "take care of me." When asked how much the car would cost, he would say again, "don't worry, I will take care of you." When I was finally told the price they would give me, it was about $4,000 less. I thought great, BUT I learned later that it was not the same car! I was sold a different car without the main package. The main package cost about $4,000. They didn't take care of me, they SCREWED me. Now all they can say is that there was a misunderstanding but be happy with the car because you got a good deal. I got MSRP! That is no deal!!! If you have your heart set on a Honda, go somewhere else where they listen to you and give you full disclosure.

The Memorial Day buying experience at Capital Hond...

The Memorial Day buying experience at Capital Honda was great. I ended up buying an Accord without much haggling over the price. The sales agent (Mike Nguyen) was very gentle and showed us whatever vehicle we asked for and took us for a spin too.We did not have to wait for hours to finalize the deal. Then there was the usual delay in getting to the finance department, which was understandable owing to the holiday-sale. I must mention that Mr Santos Garcia, the finance person was amazingly helpful in finding us the best rate which kept our payment exceptionally low. He was very professional above all very helpful in seeing the transaction thru without any hitch. I would recommend the dealership to others too.

The tech - Jeremy - was quick to point out that just clearing it and verifying the respective cap is good could do it rather than waiting and paying in service - long wait too. I hope my last visit is not indicative of the quality of service in the future. I've been getting my car serviced here for years and have had mostly good experiences, especially in recent years. However, I just had an experience that left me wondering if I should start search for a new place to service my car. My first complaint is the unfriendly, curt service I received from the service advisor, John Osborne. I obviously have never had this guy help me before, because all I remember is that everyone is super courteous and kind--except John Osborne, obviously. Second, I drove home and when I got home, I told my husband that my car sounded a little more rattly, noisy so we went over to open the hood to see if there was anything obvious. Well, they did not close the hood : ( This to me is a big deal because my husband was in an accident many years ago because the hood of his car flew open in the middle of the freeway at high speeds. Anyway, I really hope this was just a one time thing.

I had to get all of my wheels replaced on my Civic since the original ones were stolen. My insurance and Capital Honda took care of everything which made things so much easier and as painless as possible.

I would have given negative rating if it would have allowed.

I called them for the test drive of Honda CR-V. The receptionist told me to come in for it. When I went in somebody ( don't know the name ( may be Sam nt sure) but was a tall fair american guy seems ) came to me and asked whom did you talk on the phone for the test drive. I said I don't know but I was told to come in for it.

That guy told ok we can go on the test drive. He took me on the drive sitting next to me. When I asked may I take in the highway to check the pick-up n all. He told that the car is running short of fuel

After it, he just let me drive in the shortest possible residence area only and came back in 4-5 mins.

For the entire test drive time, that sales expert was just sitting idle next to me. Seems he was not interested at all. He didn't ask me a damn single question which the sales expert normally ask when out for a test drive or explain any feature about the car.

After coming back to the showroom, He went somewhere and I thought I should complain about him. After some time, that same guy came to me and asked if I have any questions. I said I want to talk to the receptionist and tell that if you are not interested to entertain any customer then do not ask to stop by for the test drive.

That guy told me that I gave you the test drive what else do you need. He was totally frustrated seems. When I told you just went in with me, sitting all quiet. No questions, no answers. How would the customer think of buying a car from here.

He told the day when you would be buying the car that day also you will test drive it and that day you can take it even on highway. I told how would the customer think of coming back after having this worst customer experience.

I told him that you should tell your customers beforehand that come for test drive only when you are going to buy the car on a particular day. Why do you waste others time if you have no plans to talk to customers just for test drive.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I would never go to this showroom anytime.

A new service representative Valeria Mendez,Thomas Wakayam, is really listening to their customers and making sure the technicians are listening to as well as customers along with managers. It took 3 hours to complete my service without an appointment, the reason for three stars is when I was waiting for my car, the individual that brought I noticed him screeching out of the parking space where it was parked and just handling my vehicle, like it was his racing car, with no care that the car wasn't his. The service lady was outstanding and gave me the information I needed, very friendly.
