I placed a deposit down for a Bronco Sport January. I received a phone call February 8 that my vehicle had arrived at the dealership. February 11 (the day before I would fly to pick up my vehicle), I received a voicemail from Capitol Ford s sales manager explaining that the vehicle I put a deposit down is a loaner vehicle and they cannot sell me the vehicle. The manager, Carmelo, told me he would send me his manager's contact information, which I have yet to see (24 hours later). One week later and I have not received a single response from Capitol Ford to make this right.

I have been renting a car for the past two months as my vehicle was totaled and the dealership is aware of this, yet they refuse to honor our agreement and make this right.

If you make an agreement with a customer, honor your deal. If you cannot honor your deal, make it right. I would not recommend doing business with a company that won't do what is right for the customer.

Bad business. Do not recommend.

I recently accompanied my parents as they purchased a vehicle at Capitol Ford. Our Sales Consultant, Damian Garcia, was kind, considerate of their needs, and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions that we had and guided us through the process without pressuring us. He also worked hard to make sure that my parents were given the best deal possible and made sure it was the vehicle they needed, while ensuring they could afford it. This was by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle, and when the time comes for a new vehicle for myself, I will begin my search with Damian Garcia at Capitol Ford. - Ben B.

These guys were great! We are from Nebraska on a road trip. Heard a metal rattling under the engine. They got me in right away the next morning and after conducting a thorough review discovered my front brakes were bad. They got the parts in and got me on the road within two hours from the time of check in. Estevan and Santiago top notch employees! Highly recommend this service shop!

My wife and I had been looking for a particular truck to meet our needs for several months when we decided to give Capitol Ford a try online. Their sales rep Nicholas Cardenas reached out to us right away, and at first I expected the usual we don t have that but how about this bait and switch we had gotten elsewhere, but no, not only did he have the truck we were looking for, he made it extremely easy for us to drive down and check it out after work on a Friday...so yeah, we drove home with it that night paying less than we had expected to. Thanks to Nicholas and the finance team for staying late and getting us in this truck which perfectly meets our needs. We wouldn t hesitate to do business with them and especially Nicholas again.

I kept getting the run a round. First my problem wasn t going to be approved through my factory warranty. Then all of the sudden the approval changed. Then they were telling me my car was going to be out for awhile and they could not rent a car because there were no ford vehicles available. After a long day all of debating they rent me a Nissan. Then the next day magically my parts arrive and is put on so quickly that there is not time for anything. I asked for pictures of the parts. And they kept giving me excuses like the mechanic is on a test drive. I asked for the old parts and they said they had to mail them so the factory warranty can get approved. Then when I went to get the car they said they still had no pictures. And then they brought out some old rusty parts and said they were mine. Mind you I have a new car. And to top it all off I took my car on full tank. When I got it back it was half full and an extra 150 miles on it!!!! And now it s hard to turn left!! Wth!!!!

Hi there Ford representatives. My services with Ford has not been the greatest. I called months back in regards to have my rear brakes looked at, and no one called back to set up an appointment.
I talked to Ford salesman about 2 months ago, in regards to looking at other possibilities of another vehicle in stock. I talked to him and he indicated. He would look in to the situation. The salesman never called back.

Every time I visit, the staff treats me like The President. They have bent over backwards to accommodate me with my needs. Sam Catanach, Steve Baca, and Alfonso are the best salesman in Santa Fe. The service team know life is busy so they get me out of there quickly. Quick Lane also does a great job of accommodating customers and detailed attention to my needs.

Was trying to purchase a used car over internet. Got approved for credit, but the salesman would not give me straight answers on the terms of the financing. He quoted me two different payments and when pressed sent me a picture of some of the terms (not the whole page) which included an extra $1,300 in fees. When I pressed for more detailed information on the offer I was met with crickets. WILL NEVER BUY from this dealer. They act shady and left me with grave doubts.

PS. I already wrote to Tim Mullins at noon on Apr 16. I did not get any reply.
