Had a wonderful experience with the Ford team at Capitol City. We were unable to actually visit the lot ourselves and they were great enough to bring the car we wanted to see to us at our home and let us test drive it here. Great customer service. Thanks for understanding our needs and meeting them.
I posted a review yesterday I was waiting to see what they done with my truck everybody that's putting one star and two stars they're not telling the truth these people fixed my truck I am so happy shout out to Steve the service manager he stood right by me and seen to it that my truck got fixed I am happy 5 * happy thank you capital City Ford I will be back more work yet to be done not their fault just I got an old truck
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Alex told us that Capitol City would take care of our remaining lease payments on our used car that we were trading in for a new Escape. Then he adds nearly $4000 to the final price. When I asked what that includes, he mumbled around and brought Ed Hamilton over. He showed us that the 2 final lease payments were being added to our price we were going to pay for the Escape. Alex claimed that Ed told him that the lease payments would be paid by Capitol City, Ed said he didn't. Regardless, someone told us incorrectly and I won't do business with this company EVER. Stay away!
I was EXTREMELY satisfied with these guys. I ended up going there on a whim after putting in an inquiry on a 2017 Fiesta ST. Been dreaming of that car for two years, wishing I could get my hands on it. These guys bent over backwards to get me financed and get me on the road with the dream car I wanted.
The whole experience took maybe 90 minutes. It was my first ever car buy from a dealer. They gave me what I wanted for my trade, which I was not expecting when I shot them a figure. I don't have the proper words to express how happy I am about it. Seriously, I can see my ST sitting in the parking lot at work and I end up getting slightly distracted at work staring at it.
I like to think they can help you find your dream car too. If you're hesitating, give them a call, send an e-mail, take a shot. They're good people who want to help you out. They'll be hearing from me in the future whenever my next car purchase happens.

Very poor service. Purchased a used heavy duty truck for work purposes only. Have taken it in under warranty multiple times and still having the same issues, not to mention the ones they ve over looked. The truck was bought for for income but right now it s not even paying for itself.
Paul & Austin were a dream to work with! Neither was ever pushy. They both understood that I needed to have a certain payment each month and did everything they could to make sure that I stayed in that budget while including all of my wants.
Paul was very personable, and compassionate. He worked very diligently and I felt I had someone on my side instead of pressuring me to get something that I didn't want or couldn't afford. I will be telling everyone i know to visit them at capitol city!
