Stayed at 84 Main in Kennebunk, ME 09.09.15 to 09.16.15 The area is beautiful, but this property is phenomenal. Called and booked reservations and was able to book for a busier season in September. My dates did not work out at first (due to a holiday,) but they did tell me what was available and was able to work around my schedule. This was my second visit with Capital Resorts and I would recommend to other people!
My wife and I stayed at the Ocean View Villas in Biloxi, Mississippi in early October. What a great town. Lots to do and see. A gorgeous beach. And the units we stayed in were huge 2 bedrooms with balcony views of the Gulf. The rooms were so spacious, we had our son, and his family with us and we hardly knew they were there. We definitely recommend the city and this great resort.
Capital Resorts is a wonderful company to work for!!! The company truly takes care of their employees. In addition, I took my family to stay at the Barefoot Suites and it was a fantastic resort to vacation. The resort was beautiful, the staff were extremely courteous and we felt as if we were well taken care of.
The Capital Resort in Pigeon Forge is Amazing. Rustic cabin feel but upgrades everywhere. The bedding was as nicer than anything I had ever felt. Close to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge but still feels like you are getting away from it all.
Great place to stay with our young kids. Excellent finishes that blew us away! Can we live there? LOL
Horrible. Horrible. I signed up with capital resorts in 2016. I bought extra points to add to my beach house resort that I have owned for over 10 years. I bought from beach house week 22 every year. Capitol resorts has informed me that I no longer have that fixed week , I now have points. They said I have the option of going June 22-27th this year and one more year. Then it is no longer guaranteed.. Beach house says this IS not true. I have lost the extra points I bought from capitol for the three years I have owned them due to nothing being available. Don t, I repeat don t buy from them.
I stayed at the Ocean View Vacation Villages in Biloxi August of this year with my family. Our units were very spacious and allowed us plenty of room for our family of nine. Both our units where fully stocked with plenty of towels and other necessaries to accommodate our stay for one week. Location of the resort was perfect! Walking distance to the beach allowed our active boys to fish every night with just a short walk across the street. Capital Resorts' staff was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding family fun activities to do in the surrounding areas. They had suggested taking an excursion to Ship Island - which we did and the experience was amazing. All our children said the excursion was their favorite part of the vacation. This was our first trip as a family and the experience Capital Resorts provided was unforgettable. Definitely will be exploring other Capital Resorts properties for all our future family vacations.
ALTHOUGH WE DIDN'T BUY, WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE ANYONE COULD ASK FOR. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PRECISE. 90 MINUTES IS WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND AT THE 90 MINUTE MARK WE WERE WALKING OUT THE DOOR WITH THE PRIZES WE WERE PROMISED. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT WE WERE TOLD WE HAVE A 3 NIGHT 4 DAY STAY IN PIGEON FORGE AND IT WAS NOT ON THE LIST. HAD WE BEEN ABLE TO BOOK THE 3 NIGHTS/4 DAYS BACK IN PIGEON FORGE WE WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 5 STAR RATING.

They are typical time share thieves. Once you signup you will not hear from them again. They are predatory in their practices. They sell you and them claim you have an "owners meeting" which is a waste of time as they are just trying to upsale you to a more expensive plan. run away as fast as you can and make sure to check your pockets as they will fleece you as you leave.
