I was going through my first ever panic attack the other week, and I had no idea what was happening so I went in. The front desk lady was really sweet and understood what was happening, but the rest of the staff were just making it worse on me. The security office threatened to cite my car and get it towed, the nurses were calling me names under their breath and giving me less than quality care. None of them tried to calm me down from my panic attack, making it worse and extending it until I had to just leave mid session because of the way I was treated. If any one of them could ve just tried to tell me I was having a panic attack and given me 10 minutes to really calm down, it would have been a much better experience. They need to understand they re working with humans with emotions in there, not cadavers.

If I could give 0 stats I would. Was admitted to ER on 5/10. My blood pressure was 200/127. I am an insulin dependent diabetic. They didn't check my blood sugar for 14 hours. I was never given insulin despite knowing I'm diabetic. I had to refuse to eat for fear of raising my blood sugar. They never gave daily prescribed blood pressure medication. I was not given any treatment of any kind other than being sent to a different hospital in FIFE 36 hours later.

Do not go hear if your not vaccinated, they treat you like you have the plague. the doctor wouldn't come near me for any type of exam. They're supposed to be doctors, but aren't smart enough to understand basic biology.....

I had my baby at capital. And I can say that the entire experience was amazing! The L&D staff/nurses and pediatricians were so wonderful. I honestly have no complaints. Thanks for making us feel so comfortable at such a vulnerable time.

Hi my name is Brenda Mason I am getting ready to be discharged from Capital Medical Center. I just have to say I have been treated so well from the time I walked into the emergency room to the time I m leaving, I had amazing nurses! Doctors here are great! Even the Mri guy was great! This is why I always choose to go to capital medical Center they are very very caring.

I saw a very good specialist. I have a liver problems and he will be helping me when he has the results from my blood tests. He had me get a Fibroscan. He told me I did not have Non-alcoholic cirrhosis of my liver. Another specialist told me that's what I had. But he did not have me get a liver fibroscan. I think this specialist we be able to help me. His name is Dr.Kuczynski.

Labor and Delivery was the best experience. Every person that walked into our room was so great and kind walking us through the birthing and eventually the C-Section process. We were blessed to work specifically with Marsha, Deb, Viv, Michelle, and Carrie all of which were amazing and compassionate. I had a lot of fear going into labor as a plus size woman that I would not be listened to and I found that every question or concern was answered and addressed. The doctors were also great! Would highly recommend as a place to delivery your baby. You will both be in great hands!

I spent a week at Capitol Hospital, first in ICU then in private room. I highly commend all the staff for their high level of professionalism. They really made you feel like they do care. Thank you to all who served me.

Billing department sucks. Even with insurance you get sent multiple bills after you've paid and insurance clarified it had been paid. And no one ever seems to have any answers.

I had our baby girl at capital in February. I can say that the entire experience was absolutely amazing! The L&D staff/nurses were so great. I believe that every mother should feel nothing but good feelings throughout the entire experience. Everyone made me feel so cared for and important. I was nervous to have a baby during a pandemic but they didn t make it feel weird or scary. I felt so safe the entire time. Thank you Capital Medical Center!
