Husband had to have MRI for knee due to work injury. Was told by work comp doctor Vestavia Hills Imaging was waiting for him. Got there, waited for an hour only to be told it would be another hour because he was a work in. I get people with appointments get priority but another person from same doctor was seen rather quickly. They should have told us when we checked in about the wait time. I've been a "work in" at other places numerous times and never had a wait time like this. Feels like they've got you by the balls since we had to use them. Would advise people if you can use another facility then go there. Don't use this place. And they weren't that busy.
