What they are doing with Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes should be illegal. Don't ever play anything this company makes, because it is made only for one thing: $profit$. They don't care about the community at all, as we could have seen in a number of their interactions with the players.
I know this company personally. And the management and decision making is thoughtless, childish, and greedy. Do not use these developers as they are an embarassment to the tech and gaming industry.
This company negotiates with cheaters. They don't care about the community. Always late on information/updates they promised. It's a real shame they represent a Star Wars game and highly recommend anyone to avoid this company.

Your lack of commitment, clarity, thoughtfulness, and just decent human behavior is why you are getting a 1 star. You don't care about your community at all, you repeatedly attack your own fan base, and instead of negotiating with avid content makers who promoted your game for years you ban them, yet you'll negotiate with cheaters for as long as you can. Your are the worse scum and villany ea has to offer which is saying something coming from that company.
I play swgoh and I enjoyed your game a lot years ago but slowly I have been enjoying it less and recently rapidly enjoying it less with the rapidly increased push towards spending. But spending aside, the lack of content and communication, and today the banning of your largest community endorsers in AhnaldT101 is outright disgusting. To treat content creators the way you do and by extension the community is shameful. Myself and undoubtedly thousands if not tens of thousands of players will question not only wether to spend money on your game, but wether or not they want to continue to play your game. You need to have a rapid review of how you conduct yourselves and your connection to the player base.
This is not a game store. Just were they make games and is not open to the public.
Completely childish and downright petty behavior from their Dev Team towards their SWGOH Playerbase unacceptable.
They banned an account of a youtuber, who has been one of the games biggest supporters for b.s. reasons. Capital Games are showing blatant disrespect toward their biggest supporters and content creators which is absolutely ludicrous. They obviously have zero regard for their community or consumers.
The worst customer experience of any company. They only help customers with the deepest pockets.
