While I can't say that this bank has their stuff together, they are definitely not as bad as the other two on the island.

Several of the teller staff consistently appear uninterested, and the backdoor service can be horribly slow.

Several fairly large transactions were forgotten about and never followed up on. However, they were swiftly taken care of after contacting the right person.

Be prepared to follow up at least once with inquiries and transactions to ensure that due-diligence is done.

The customer service from this bank is terrible. No accountability from the staff and managers, no empathy towards customers, not enough ATMs, the list goes on. The absolute worst banking experience in Bermuda.

Have never had good service with this bank since the days it ceased trading as Capital G. They are over zealous in pursuing customer's personal information, their online banking continuously locks you out, and they do not publish email contacts on their website.

Their compliance department needs to be reined-in: it should be all about 'Known Your Customer', not pestering existing customers, who have already been vetted, with onerous compliance demands every time the customer opens a new type of account, and annual inquisitions thereafter.

If could negative stars I would. Extremely dissatisfied with the way their overall system is set up. With all their chains and channels and still cannot resolve issues on their end. It's unnecessarily time consuming and a displeasing experience.
