Capewide Enterprises, LLC Review

So responsive to my needs. Rich Capen is super nice and very efficient. This company rocks!

We have twice used Capewide Enterprises to pump out our septic tank since we moved to Cape Cod in January 2015, first (May 2015) to insure that we had a "fresh start" after purchasing our home, and then again in May 2017 as part of normal every-two-year maintenance.

The employees who came to the house were always friendly, professional, and helpful.

This last time, when we discovered a problem, we contacted Capewide, and they were very receptive to our needs and resolved the matter in a manner that was eminently fair to us, for which we were very grateful.

We would not hesitate to recommend Capewide to anyone in need of septic service.

My husband and I hired Capewide Enterprises for a routine septic tank pumping. The young man showed up prepared - the company had pulled the plans from the town prior to his arrival - and was polite and courteous. When he was digging to obtain access to the tank, he revealed a cluster of roots from recently planted tree. He asked me to come outside, showed me the roots and explained that if the tree were left in its current location it would eventually damage our septic system. I don't know that any other company would have taken the time to thoroughly review the situation with me. I was so impressed that I called owner Richard Capen the following day to thank him.

My basement flooded in July and trying to get a plumber to answer a call or return my voicemail was next to impossible on the Cape. When Capewide answered my call and had a plumber call me back to tell me he'd be at my house in 15 mins, I so happy! But, he never showed and did't call to tell me he wouldn't be coming until 5 hours later... I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Capewide Enterprises provided tremendous assistance to me in transforming raw land into a buildable lot with all proper permits. The service was provided with tremendous expertise, in timely fashion, at a fair price. Definitely recommend.
