I recently worked with a federal integrator on a project, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The overall outcome was satisfactory, but I encountered some challenges with communication and coordination throughout the process. I appreciated the expertise and professionalism of the team members, but there were moments when I felt like there could have been more proactive and transparent communication. The project was completed within the expected timeline, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of refining the project management approach.
