We rented kayaks 2 days in a row here. It was our son's first time so we got a tandem. He did great and loved it!! The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful! The views are outstanding! Highly recommend this it's so peaceful. Row right up to beach next to ocean! Get out and explore.

Smooth sailing from this crew. We were in and on the water within 10 minutes. Great scenic pedal boat ride up and down the river. Blew away our expectations.

Great service, they have everything from ocean kyacks to river kyacks to paddle boards. There was no line and was absolutely gorgeous on the ocean and fun in the lake.

However in order to get to the ocean, you must paddle 1.5 miles, which for some may be tiering. Be prepared for a workout!

Just came here with my family of 3 kids under 6. staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. My kids spent 5 minutes on the electric paddle boats and the owner was nice enough to give us a Kayak without any hassle! I plan on coming back when all my kids are old enough to boat!

Friendly staff. Scenic salt marsh as you head to the ocean. We stopped at a tiny island with a sandbar. Highly recommended!

Great experience. The water was calm and easy to navigate the kayak. It s quite long route 1,5 miles to spawn lake, so you can spent couple of hours. As well you will see the bank full of clams. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Marty was great. The place is very well kept with excellent facilities for washrooms. I wish they had maps to explain the river & the beach. I had an idea so we paddled till we reached the beach. Tip: carry a couple of waters & a snack. There's a Subway Sandwich across the street.

I booked online. The process was straight forward. The check in went smoothly, the staff was helpful and answered all questions. They wear masks, have hand sanitizers available. All in all a good experience.

Very kind owner and staff. They agreed to stay open an extra half hour after close as we got a late start renting kayaks. This level of accommodation (with no grumbling or extra fees) is virtually unheard of these days. We made a point to get back before close anyway.
Many boats to rent, beautiful windy river out to ocean. Calm river perfect for kids but do not continue out to ocean with anyone under 16-18.
Strong current, choppy waves and several rocky jetties to navigate once out in the ocean. Athleticism, strength and experience kayaking Oceanside is absolutely recommended.

Awesome place. Very family friendly, great selection, nice people, and a great location to launch a kayak, etc. Not as much water traffic as the Bass River place down the road. Highly recommend!

Amazing! I absolutely loved it here. The staff were friendly and welcoming! This was so much fun and at an amazing price. We went in a paddle boat up the river, the staff informed us about water current and what animals we could see during our trip, it was really great and relaxing! Would definitely go here again

Real good service, makes it easy to get on the water and off. Head down river for really great views of birds nests, crabs and other animals. The little beach is real nice at the ocean. Good value for cape cod. Would visit again.

All of the employees were professional and safe, and the company was so flexible when the weather was not ideal for our reservation. My 3 year old absolutely loves being in the kayak with my husband and me!

We celebrated our grandson' s 11th birthday with an afternoon of kayaking on Swan River 1 1/2 miles out to the beach. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will most surely return for more adventures. P.S. the cleanliness of the facilities were outstanding.

My boyfriend and I did a pedal boat rental. It was beautiful and the price was great. The staff was very helpful and sweet. Definitely going back next year!

Not my cup of tea but if you like water and boats it's definitely for you.

I usually rent kayaks in this place 2-3 times a year for several years and always receive a great customer service there. I see a lot of new faces every time but the place has a good work culture. Thank you.

The staff who set us up in two kayaks were not very communicative. They did not seem very happy to be there. They also all wore their masks hanging down below their noses and mouths except for one guy. We were outside, but still, we were close to them as they loaded us into and, when we returned, out of the kayaks.

Staff was excellent and very helpful! We rented a few paddleboats went out had so much fun!

Easy process, nice staff. Took two tandems to beach and back. Calm water although going against tide can be a lot of work.

Great place fun go here every year nice beach you can stop at when boating.

I highly recommend this place. It was a clean and organized facility, the staff was so nice and courteous. They even made a great suggestion to ride against the tide going out so we d have a relaxing ride in and she was RIGHT! Bring water and wear a bathing suit so you can go for a dip at the beach before paddling back.

The Swan pond river is very nice adventure.

lots of good boats at reasonable prices. I found the employees to be very helpful- a handful of delightful chaps assisted me to no end in securing the boats to my automobile. I find that this lovely establishment gets a good deal of business and finds no need to extort customers of their hard earned pay. I find that most other boat rental shops charge a pretty penny to people on their holiday. Cheers, Cape Cod Waterways!

My family comes to cape cod every summer and we always go and kayak the staff are very helpful and it's a great place to boat.

We had an awesome experience!! The people were nice and COVID 19 compliant, and the waterways were gentle enough for my 11 year old son, while challenging enough for the rest of us. The island in the pond was also a lot of fun exploring. Highly recommended!

Great time. Very helpful staff and it was incredibly easy to get in and out of the kayak. Staff gave great tips. Also, you could go to pond or ocean. Bird watching was great; if I could identity any of the 10 different kinds I saw you would be very impressed with at least one.
Also the bathrooms are immaculate. I actually took pictures. Yes, multiple pictures. The bathrooms were just that nice.

We rented kayaks here. The owner and staff were knowledgeable and kind. Their facility was very clean and organized. They are in a convenient location. We had a wonderful family outing on the kayaks. Will definitely go back next time we're on the Cape!
