Arguably the biggest time waster of the entire Canadian government, rude, unhelpful....ineffective.

Long wait times and left messages don't get returned

Been calling them for hours and hours. After listening to the options for pressing keys, I finally start to wait for an agent as which point the call hangs up on me. This happened dozens of times today. When finally speaking with somebody I was calm and patient, assuming they were just busy. But with me they were short and borderline rude. I hate that I have no choice but to deal with this.

The worst there is, the worst there was and the worst there will ever be. They don t care about your problem and will make even the simplest task a big deal

The phone number never works, have been trying for months.

Short wait time. Very polite and very informative woman answered every question I had. Great service!
