Very rude personnel.
Especially someone calling himself "Allan".
Its been a real hassle dealing with him over the phone. He wont provide you with the correct information at any time. And if you do not agree on his terms of speaking to you, (meaning being rude to you, and simply ignoring your questions) he will hang up.

After waiting for a long time, in several phone-ques, they just hung up without answearing.

So disappointed. I went to central JUST to get a poppy for Remembrance day.. and they want a donation.. OK, but who carries change on them in 2018? You don't even accept card? Geez if I worked there I would put 5 kr just for you. Absolutely stupid! Was the woman even a real Canadian? If so she sure wasn't raised there with that lack of kindness.

A real Canadian pays for the coffee behind you in line at Tim Hortons.. or pays the extra kronor for the kid ahead of you in the grocery store who is short 5kr on his bananas. So next time, hire a real Canadian to represent and help us thanks.

FYI, the consulate is open only during the morning times. Consulate is the one who handles general passport business for most citizens.

Very helpful and friendly, as how a typical Canadians is. I have used the embassy services twice and each time, they took their time to answer my questions in detail with intention of making sure that I am well informed! Thank you.
