They are a useless options. they are just another "re finance" company that really is predatory. they send you a bunch of mailers saying your pre approved (probably because Ive never missed a single ed loan payment) i fill out app they "APPROVE MY CREDIT" but after jumping through there hoops they deny you if you don't fit in there little safe bubble. total trash. not worth your time and effort you could be using to earn income to pay down your current loan. again WASTE OF TIME

I made a terrible decision to get a student loan through this company. I chose this company based on the fact that they had a great interest rate but I have now decided that I would have rather chosen an interest rate that was much higher just to get better customer service. I filled out the applications and provided the necessary documentation about a month before my tuition was due but it is now over a month after tuition was due and the money has not arrived at the school. This company does not electronically transfer funds like most student loan companies in 2017, they mail a physical check to an address. Along with this, they fail to mail checks to P.O. boxes which most school financial aid offices and business offices use for this purpose. I have been in contact with this company multiple times to try to solve these problems and they have been marginally helpful. They have mailed one check that has gotten lost and I have just been told that the earliest they can get another check to my school is in 2-3 weeks. My confidence in this company is close to zero. I have no idea if I will ever receive the loan I was promised. If you have a choice please please choose another company to save your self weeks of time and stress.

PNC Campus Door is run by a bunch of mind numb Robots. They are great at reading from a script. They are not able to listen and give an answer other than what is written down. I hate dealing with them.

I genuinely like coming to work. That alone makes a huge difference in your quality of life.
