Expensive case. Second-hand campers are offered far too expensive with defects. In the event of damage, they estimate your residual value far too low. My insurance independently increased the estimated residual value by the dior.

I bought a caravan at campolife once but never again. The seller could not fault it, it was friendly. Agreements were made about the defects that would be repaired, however, a week before delivery I was there and saw that something had been done that was not right (a wrong part was not fitted correctly). Then reported this so that they could still review it before delivery. However, on delivery, no ass was done and after whining / getting angry, action was taken. Subsequently, there also appeared to be no pillow. After reporting this, it was laconic that it would be optional. As I am not strange in the caravan world I knew that this was not the case. After having cooled down I agreed with the seller that I would contact burstner Germany and ask if I could get this put on paper. I called Germany myself and forwarded the information to confirm this. All in all, it took one and a half years from the day of purchase to the day that it was finally resolved. My biggest annoyance at all is that there has been almost no communication from campolife, it is that I have put pressure on it, otherwise I would probably have been sent to the reed with a clod. In this story, many more things have happened, such as: driving back and forth for my dick etc etc. They get the two stars from me because I think the seller and the people in the camping shop are functioning well, friendly and have enough knowledge. So will not go to campolife again soon.
Nice shop for your camping gear, also much to see in tents and caravans, or used. Campers .. Bought a table there, in the shop flat, but at the campsite sinks in the middle after a week. Once again I have a table where the puddles will stay on give them a call.
Good advice, but it comes out grim and sometimes a bit frustrated when the competition has something they cannot deliver. But otherwise a nice sniffer shop.
Heinenoord customer for at least 25 years and still surprised today. We have bought a TV and when we get home the adapter is missing, so I called and will the proposal be sent today? We thought that was a great idea as we live in Spijkenisse. To our surprise, someone from CampoLive called at the door around 6 o'clock this evening and he said this is still part of your purchase. If that is not a service. A big compliment.
We sold our camper to Campolife. We received a mediation proposal or he could be bought directly. We chose the latter. Arnold offered us a competitive price. After that it went quickly and smoothly.
Thank you for the excellent handling, service and hospitality.
The store for accessories is nice and nice staff. But the sales department of caravans there is not at all friendly to the staff, they don't even say hello. Arrogance at its best!
We had seen an occasion caravan, not too expensive, but they helped us as if we had bought a new caravan. We gave the caravan a delivery turn when we were allowed to pick it up everything was first explained how it worked. Congratulations for the service. Fam van den Burgt
Last x that we bought something there. New hymer camper bought in 2008 (then still campo-world) super !. 2016 new caravan bought with many extras and nothing but misery, then one with the other. Now it is back !!!!, dish / TV this time for the 3rd time in front of it.Not watched a minute of TV. Would pick him up last Saturday but was not ready.According to appointment They forgot to call! !!! Service
From the week our caravan brought a Fendt 490Q from 2006 for a service. This company Campolife has already helped us in the past with the previous caravan, also outside the warranty.
But now this service, they told me that the spare tire was from 2006. This turned out to be a winter tire as well. Will be replaced free of charge for a new one! Well, what a good service!
Beautiful store wide range. Several times visited this store because we wanted to purchase a new caravan but never been approached by a salesman these were always busy. When an appointment was made but also this we found a hasty conversation. After drawing up an offer, we were never asked if we wanted to go over to the purchase. Afterwards bought the caravan somewhere else where there was personal attention for the customer and there was customer contact after the preparation of the offer. Too bad because we would have liked to have bought the caravan close by.
