I bought a caravan at campolife once but never again. The seller could not fault it, it was friendly. Agreements were made about the defects that would be repaired, however, a week before delivery I was there and saw that something had been done that was not right (a wrong part was not fitted correctly). Then reported this so that they could still review it before delivery. However, on delivery, no ass was done and after whining / getting angry, action was taken. Subsequently, there also appeared to be no pillow. After reporting this, it was laconic that it would be optional. As I am not strange in the caravan world I knew that this was not the case. After having cooled down I agreed with the seller that I would contact burstner Germany and ask if I could get this put on paper. I called Germany myself and forwarded the information to confirm this. All in all, it took one and a half years from the day of purchase to the day that it was finally resolved.
My biggest annoyance at all is that there has been almost no communication from campolife, it is that I have put pressure on it, otherwise I would probably have been sent to the reed with a clod. In this story, many more things have happened, such as: driving back and forth for my dick etc etc.
They get the two stars from me because I think the seller and the people in the camping shop are functioning well, friendly and have enough knowledge. So will not go to campolife again soon.
