Good location for something to drink or eat. Menu nice and simple and good. Good base for hiking.

Have eaten here quite a few times. At peak times it is a bit longer to wait for your order. Make sure you book in advance, especially at the weekend. Top location for after a day at Efteling or after walking in the dunes. Also very suitable with children. Nice place for the specialty beer fanatic, very good beer list.

Nice beer list but worthless presentation of food and uninterested staff.

If you have a dog he must be quiet otherwise they will ask you to leave worthless tent if you are in a dog walking area never come again

Good beer menu. Food was ok but not spectacular. Vega hamburger may be seasoned more. Children's menu ordered. Waiter indicated that it could also be one large portion. It turned out that this was the normal card. And so no apple sauce and gift. Had been handy to report. And honey separately on the bill with the tea I find special. Service was super nice and friendly.

Delicious pancake eaten. Also a very extensive beer list. Friendly waiters in a living room setting. Nice ending after our day at Efteling, only a 5-minute drive from Efteling.

When cycling around the Loonse & Drunense Duinen, this is the best stop. Great Flammkuchen, 5 kinds of 0% beer, served quickly by very kind young guys

The release route is actually a must if you have a dog, really super the super!

Food is good but we had a weird waiter. We were with a group and I took less to eat than the rest of the group. I don't like having to defend myself against a stranger.

Quite a very nice location and lots of good beers and aperitifs, but one can of water costs 1.50 and can contain a little ranja because the kids are thirsty, it is no problem but 7.00 afterwards !!
Is that ranja made of gold, I wonder.

We unexpectedly dropped in with a group of 8 people. No problem at all to dine there. The hamburger, ravioli, etc. were delicious! There was absolutely nothing to criticize about the operation either. In short, a top bistro.
I suspect you won't find anything better in the area for price / quality.

I was told it was not possible to make a reservation between 12 and 17. When I arrive a day later, so on spec, and stand in line neatly, look strangely at at least 10 empty tables, I see people in front of us who are admitted because they have reserved on the same day that I called ?? ? As well as the empty tables, all for reservations.
We will not wait, but I will call for feedback on this, because this is not okay.
And then as a regular customer I get an incredibly big mouth on the phone.

Sunday in the morning nicely helped. Come back in the afternoon after our walk with the dog. First had to ask me latte 3 times. Then waiter came to the table again if our dog wouldn't bark. Well he barked once. And this waiter in question was not very friendly.

Served by a young man of about 25 who treated us very rude and unfriendly. Never come back.

Too bad, there were too few seats and the service was too lazy to get a few seats out of the lock despite the fact that there were tables without seats, but next time go elsewhere for some food and drink

Delicious mussels eaten, a nice dessert and the staff was incredibly nice. And of course the place on the edge of the Drunense Duinen is also a good place. Highly recommended.

We always skip lunch in Efteling and have a snack here.

Wednesday is the favorite day for those who like minimal crowds, because then it is closed. There is an attractive high dune next to De Roestelberg that invites you to "climb"

Unfortunately we were not allowed to sit on the terrace with a large company.

De Roestelberg is the best place in the Netherlands to drink dine and stay

After a wonderful walk you can enjoy it here. It is homely decorated with many authentic details. Dogs are welcome. There is an extensive card that is very affordable. Service is fast.

Super cozy and good food. First enjoy a walk with or without a dog and then enjoy in the Roestelberg.

Cozy restaurant with good food and nice staff. Although German is not the most common foreign language, they go out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Bad company, very unfriendly staff and were served a cold latte.

Great place if you have walked the dog's release route with the dog.

Outside on the terrace it was a nice end point of our bike ride. Fast service, neat table, delicious flame-kissed with the consciously changed name. This is a warm cookie topped with Jalapeno peppers.
Inside it is a more traditional, rustically decorated establishment.

Dog lovers restaurant! Yay! We always stop by De Roestelberg after a run around the park with our dog. The place allows you take your dog inside the restaurant and you can also sit outside. They have dog water bowls outside next to a water tap.

There are always dogs and dog owners around.

Parking can be a bit difficult though. I've never seen this place quiet.

A great place in a unique location. Inside, this once old inn breathes class and comfort, as well as on the outside terrace, from the moment the weather permits.
Quality of the menu is good and staff very friendly.

Then why not a 5th star.
Well. If you order their own concoction and it remains foam and effervescent and is 'flat' ... then you don't expect a satisfied customer to pay for it.

I sincerely hope for an incident because the rest is great!

Nice location, wonderful walking area and then super terrace

Inside it is very dark, much brown. It is really a place that many dog lovers come to because of the loose walk path. It is easy to do outside, but many dogs on the terrace. Food was great.

Nice location, good quality food / drinks, and recently more parking. Not the cheapest.
