CCMH is a horrible hospital. We always used Sundance or Casper whenever possible because of so many bad experiences with CCMH. There were some good experiences, but unfortunately those were overshadowed by so many negative ones. The nurses were always great. CCMH has the worst billing department and no signs of that changing. I would reccomend keeping a close eye on your accounts and detailed notes/records if you were unfortunate enough to cross paths with this hospital. In my opinion, use any other hospital whenever possible to avoid all the potential issues (Read the reviews).

Terrible customer service. Its evident that the only thing the administration cares about is money. If you have to have a procedure here be sure to ask questions, request an itemized bill (they won't send one unless you ask for it) and be careful. The quality of care and health practices are despicable. They have run off a lot of their good employees, and have hired outside contractors and traveling nurses that are not invested in this community. If you can, please go somewhere else.

If I could post no stars I would. I will never come back to this hospital. I got no help with anything an the room they put me in had blood on the floor witch tells me it wasn t clean. It felt like they didn t even know I was even in the room until I finally walked out an asked when I was gonna get help.I waited for over 3 1/2 hours an go no help. I ended up walking out.

Had a recent ER trip and everyone treated me kindly. They have tons of nurses and staff to assist you with every need.

The worst place ever. DON'T EVER GO THERE. Their billing it is horrible I do not have words TO DESCRIBE IT.

Take your family ANYWHERE but here!!! The doctor came into treat my husband, had another patients chart, was going to treat my husband for something that had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with his condition or symptoms, then pumped him full of unneeded unwanted meds.. THEN the doctor came back and told us he may have a tumor in his head.. THEY HAD NOT EVEN DONE ANY TESTS OR XRAYS OR ANYTHING

My experience here was more than pleasant considering. I did go in at 2 am and went right to the back and was assisted almost immediately. Very friendly nurses and doctors that actually listen to the patient and seemed sincere.

The doctors and nurses are amazing. The receptionist on the other hand don't bother to answer the phone. Overall a great hospital. Just needs to work on the customer service over the phone.

The doctors and nurses here are EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They do not care about their patients one iota. They make you wait for long periods of time without letting you know what s going on. When you ask for help, they act like it s the end of the world. And they will tell you nine different things, so by the time you re discharged you still don t have any idea what s going on. If would seriously consider going anywhere else for treatment if at all possible.

Dr. Houmes in the ER could not have been more amazing. He spoke to me not at me and discussed options and allowed me to make choices about my care with him. The nurses I had were full.of compassion along with the doctor. This was a hospital visit unlike any other. I am so grateful for the care they gave me and got me home to my family quickly.
