Campbell 16 Cine Review

Great clean theater, love the staff ,seating could be better but because of the location it's always the place I take my kids and and grandchildren. I truly hope it stays even if under another name. My whole fame. We always wiser in unison wehrenberg wehrenberg wehrenberg with the speakers.

Sometimes I do find that the chairs and cup holders are a little dirty, but I don't mind it much. I like to come here because of the pricing, but I feel like the screen is smaller than other theaters.
I've gone to the AMC theater but wasn't really impressed even though they had reclining chairs.

Too bad this theater is going to be closing soon.

A great theater. Unfortunately, going to be going out of business soon. This is unfortunate as the seats are nice, and the service is great, and the popcorn and refreshments are among the best in town. I can only hope that either the B&B chain, or the AMC chain will buy up the theater and maintain or revamp it and keep the local ion in business. That said, it's easy to see why they are going out as there are other theaters with much better seats, and slightly better refreshments and popcorn, close enough by that people will pass this one by to go to the slightly better one. If you get the chance before they go out, be sure to check them out, they really are great.

Cheap seats and Atmos added nothing to our viewing experience.

Seats are horrible, employees are rude and prices are the same price as an IMAX ticket for a movie theater that's mediocre at best. Save the money and go to Springfield 11 for half the price and double the quality. Leather recliner seats, super nice employees, great concessions and amazing screen quality. You won't regret the switch!!

Great theater and you cannot beat $5 movies before 6pm and $7 after.

I really appreciate and like wehrenberg and hate to see it go. Hope that the person are right and you are going to build a new one.

Always good screen quality, and comfy chairs. Staff is friendly, and concessions are good. It would get a 5 star if they had reclining chairs! (Like Cinema 11)

The prices are fantastic (with their recent reduction). Sure, concessions are high priced, but they got to make their money somewhere. We go there nearly every week. It is always clean, the staff is friendly, the seating is comfortable. I recommend it to friends all the time.

Don't see Star Wars in Theatre 11. Saw it tonight & the sound was not right. Either my ears are failing or the surround sound was F'd up. Several people around us thought the same. Was hard to hear them talk a few times. Shoulda gone to IMax.

Best theatre ever watched a annoying person who kept talking on their cell escorted out! Guess the moron didnt see the sign that said please turn off your cell phones for the viewing of the movie. Comfortable seats reasonable price and they will bring you a pizza if you want... great place to catch a flick and you can do it without the idiots that havent evidently been out of their house since the invention of portable devices.All and all great place...

It's just the drink prices that suck but everything else is great

Clean, convenient and easy to navigate. A shame they've closed their doors.

Great prices at a good venue.

This is not my first choice in theaters, but the reason I go is because I know that it will never sell out. The movie prices are great and their concessions are cheap enough. The screens can be a little small though.

All in all it is a exceedingly decent movie theater.

I've seen all Harry Potter movies here and the happy memories keep me coming back

Soon to be R.I.P this theater was a mainstay for Springfield entertainment. I'll never stop whispering their name in the darkness of a theatre before a movie starts!

Cheap. Seats are uncomfortable. Theatre is unclean.

I enjoy the games like ski ball and the miniature bowling there.

What isn't there to like about it? Great seats, great staff, everything is clean.

I know alot of people grew to dislike this place.. And if i had enough money i would've bought it! Was my favorite place to watch a movie for a LONG time! You will be missed Campbell 16 #RIP

Appreciative of the no tolerance on cell phones. Clean theatre and bathrooms. Movie quality was great and audio nice and loud.

I've been to the movies here several times and no complaints. Good sound quality, good screen quality and nice staff. I've occasionally found a movie playing here that is not playing at any other theaters in the area.

Very friendly staff! Comfy seats! They have an arcade while you wait for your movie, or in my case, when your toddler gets restless and the rest of the family is still watching the movie. :)

Clean, good atmosphere and management. Could lower prices on consessions.

I work here so I pretty much have to say something nice about this theater. Umm, I like the popcorn

Its a great movie theater it has great screen quality and comfy chairs and great games for the kids. Also great popcorn.

The price of tickets are the lowest in town. We like all the staff, all of them are wonderful. The theatre is always clean. Refreshments are great. We will miss everybody.

This is a place that shows movies, and it does that very well. Had no problems with screen quality or sound. The theater itself was clean which is impressive because seeing the mess that was left in the theater as we were leaving, the staff has to have industrial strength vacuums.

The rest of the theater, lobby, restrooms, etc was in fairly good shape although it could probably do with a little bit of a remodel, just to make it feel a little more modern. The concessions were good, and only wildly expensive, not ridiculously. Their combo selection is kind of a joke though, I'd suggest they work up a few different combos if they really want to fool anybody into thinking they're getting a deal.

And finally, I realize the arcade is there as an afterthought, and anybody going to the movie theater to play arcade games is just waiting for some punishment--but seriously, the game selection was bad and the ticket prizes were even more overpriced and lame than Chuck-E-Cheese's worst nightmare. Obviously not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but if you have a few minutes to kill before a movie I'd recommend not doing it there.

Cinema 16 nice theatre but don't be fooled by the Tuesday popcorn and drink special for 6.00. False advertisement on the window. NOT a bucket of popcorn. Very small portion and also the same with the drink. Shame on you. Too bad we did not speak up and tell the young man behind the counter we did not want.

I like the Tuesday $5 days they have. I would go more if they lowered the concession prices. I suggest adding soda and popcorn combos for $5 everyday.

It's quite a luxurious, flashy theater. That's not a bad thing. But it's not the cheapest theater ether.

Worst movie theater ever! Got kicked out with no warning or refund for checking the time on my cell for 3 seconds. It was my fault for not reading the sign that said no cell phones allowed. Funny how I saw several other people on their phone but I just happened to be the only one who pulled theirs out ONE time for THREE seconds and am I told to leave immediately. That's ok, I"ll continue to go to IMAX..they are WAY better anyways and last time I checked I've never seen someone get escorted out with no warning for their cell phone. #WORSTTHEATEREVER

Concessions outrageously expensive .especially for such an old theater!

I hate the gross chairs and floors! No wonder its cheap! Even though the prices are nice, I feel the chairs should be softer and more relaxing. The staff can be rude at times but everything else is fine! (It can be a little cold at times)

Though slightly old feeling Campbell 16 makes up in style. This is the place to go for movie premiers. They also play movies that the other surrounding theaters will not.

I'm sad to see it go, but it's been a great theater.

Comfy seats, smells amazing, clean, perfect temperature, decent prices, etc. Been going here since I was a kid. Sure, the food is expensive--but who cares, it's like that at most theaters these days. I <3 the Campbell 16, it's a real treat!
