Campagna and its staff does amazing work for at-risk youth in NW Indiana

Campagna is a great place to volunteer if you re looking to make a difference in the lives of children. The staff is wonderful to work with and appreciative of their volunteers. They care about the children. They have so many events that benefit campagna! A wonderful organization!

I enjoyed my experience working at Campagna Academy. It s more than just a job you are creating a lasting impact on the kids lives and nothing can beat that feeling. One of my favorite parts about working here was how all the staff go out of their way to make the holidays extra special for the kids since not all of them may have grown up with that experience, and the bonds you create with the kids you will always remember. The dedication the staff has for the kids is unlike anything I ve seen before. It s not an easy job, but it is definitely a rewarding one.

Campagna has a 72 year history in the community. The children that pass through Campagna have varied and difficult situations. I believe that the work being done to improve the lives of these kids makes a difference. Over 70 years later, the mission of Restoring Hope and Building Dreams continues.

Campagna Academy is a great place to work! I am grateful to be in a position to witness our children accomplish the goals they set for themselves. The support the children receive from our staff and the community is second to none. Truly one of the best organizations I have ever been a part of.

This place saved my life, but I did all of the work thanks to an awesome Therapist who helped me guide myself into the right direction, and not the wrong one. I went there in 2017 after a suicide attempt, lead to me injuring my back. Two years later I can still never thank them enough. Campagna Academy taught me courage and bravery, in times of hardship. They taught me and my mom how to work together in piece and harmony. We still have our disagreements but that is life. Also with it's rich history, and ways of making us men and not boys. Campagna taught me more than just being a client. This place, and this community for six months saved my life. Thank you so much Campagna, Ms. M. and everybody. You inspired me to do great things.

I worked here. I would NOT recommend bringing your child here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff treated the patience horribly. The staff Picked favourites, treated the patients they didn t like horribly and bullied kids who had developmental disabilities. They were verbally and emotionally abusive to the kids they didn t like and it showed. The other kids saw the negative behavior and bullied the kids who had development disabilities. I witnessed staff screaming at kids in their face. This place is not therapeutic at all. I am going to school to become a licensed clinical social worker and truly care about people in general and want to help those in need. This place does not. I really wish this place would get sued and go out of business.

Very wonderful place where the workers love the clients. Always has many programs with loving helping people that work at Campagna dedicated to the participants. Many take extra time talking to the children with encouraging words of hope and praise. Highly recommend this facility.
