I stayed a week at Camp DICKENSON when I was 10. It was one of the best weeks of my life growing up.

great summer camp, Rv site is basic but has everything you need, the staff are great and welcoming. Not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway so good stopping point. If the off season that may have cabins for rent but i would call them first. This is right be the New River and was a great base for us to camp with our four kids.

I loved it! Great for everyone. Churches and events that are nice to share together. It's really a nice place to go to enjoy the beauty of nature and also the comforts of home.

They helped us when we were in need for help getting away from new river and back to our car with some warm dry shirts and snacks in the middle of a terrible thunderstorm thank you so much!!!!

The best place to vacation. Camp sites are great, views are amazing, River access, updated pool, cabins, big shleigh. Everything you want and more.
