The staff were not friendly and customer service is not good.

And extremely poor selection for men of Columbia outerwear that the year before was excellent. No large sizes in men's insulated gloves. The prices were absolutely astronomical not a great place to shop. Extremely poor value for the money. Most people could do much better in terms of value and selection elsewhere

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They have no idea about real camping/adventurism and the whole store seems disorganized. The mark up on some of the clothing is astronomical. I suggest go to a more reputable camping store like sail, canadian tire, etc.

This is the place to plan your camping hiking and overseas trip. I picked up an awesome raincoat that will be perfect for my trip to Scotland. Cant reccomend this place any higher than the 5 stars...would do ten if I could. The staff is absolutely inviting and knowledgeable as well.

Customers services and products fantastic anything you can find for camping

It's got everything you can possibly imagine for camp, or anywhere else kids might go. Lots of young, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because I find it to be pricey, but maybe it's worth it, because it's a one-stop for all your overnite camping needs. Your kids will love it here.

They've got EVERYTHING you can imagine for camp, and more. Pleasant staff.

Prices expensive. Worst off, I was in July 14 around 520pm and the blond lady greeting people by the door was quite rude to a poor little boy He was just trying out a ball he wanted to purchase and she rudely told him not to bounce the ball. However, the store was empty (so wouldn't be in anyone way) and he was probably making sure it works cause all products brand name or not could have defects and you have a very strict unfair return/exchange policy. I quickly went out without buying anything. Rude way to treat a poor child. Would never give this store business.

The camping equipment this store sells is a joke. The equipment they sell is not for anyone interested in a canoe camping trip in Algonquin Park or going backpacking in Killarney. The gear isn't up to the task of back country camping or even car camping. It might be good for kids playing with at the cottage. Go to a real camping store; MEC, SAIL, Atmosphere, Canadian Outdoor Equipment Company, or even Canadian tire.

Larger store, good prices. Even has some swimming gear (like goggles and caps).

Great place if you ever need to get camp equipment in a pinch.
