best camp ever! so fun and traditional!!!! i still have the songs stuck in my head after seven months! will be a startup next year!

Grey girl here! I had the best summers at Camp Alleghany. I loved the activities, and the tents, and just everything about it. I hope to make it back to visit one day!

As a former Camper who now is a Mother of a Camper, this is an excellent Camp for girls to spend time each summer. It offers many activities and teaches sisterhood. The food has always been more country & served homestyle than I had at home but it is why it's Camp food. The cost is reasonable considering how much time the camper spends & the quality of life they have here. I highly recommend this camp for the girls to attend for 3+ years of their childhood. It's a special thing to be a 4 year camper however I can see where some girls are permitted to attend 7+ years. Fabulous experience!!!
