Excellent place to live! Located in the heart of Alexandria!

I love my home. The best place to live in alexandria.

Beautiful townhouses, cafes and dinning..big play fields.

Decent park for the kids. The tennis court need attention. They need to replace the nets.

Beautiful community, used to be very large Military commissary for many years.Cameron Station has a nice park to cook out and play games.

We've been located here for 8 years and love it. Well-maintained, elegant neighborhood, excellent park and walking trails, helpful neighbors, good community activities. My favorite aspects are its proximity to I-495 and I-395, grocery shopping, library, metro and Old Town. Less than 15-minutes into DC at non-peak hours. Great gym and swimming pool. Only negative I can think of is the fast turnaround of residents, who seem to come and go every other year.

I don't live in this neighborhood, but the townhouses are very pretty and well kept. I usually just run here. There is cute little lake you can take a stroll around, and a very nice playground for your kids too. In early spring you can enjoy beautiful cherry blossoms that are around the lake.

Good community. Neighbors are nice although some (very few) are annoyingly passive agressive. Parking is atrocious. Lived in old Town for several years and the parking situation there was way better than this neighborhood.

I live going to the West end farmers market every Sunday 8:30am -1pm

There is a play area for little kids and bigger kids plus tennis and basketball court. One can book the shed for parties etc. There are also a few barbeque stations. Kids will definitely have a good time.

I enjoy the facilities they share with the community. Very friendly neighborhood.

I love this neighborhood! It will be hard to depart with them if I get stationed somewhere else besides Northern Virginia

What can you say about this community it is a well planned community, it Is an excellent location a beautiful park right next to it, it has enough stores and child care centres to service the community very conveniently. architecture wise it really seems to be modelling itself after old town Alexandria of course with a more modern build. If you are looking for a nice place to live and you have the money I would look at this community.

Its not readily known of the access to the creek on the rear portion. But it s worth looking for.
Note . Beware of strangers and most importantly Poison Ivy

Beautiful area with businesses, restaurants (the best Indian food around), and a wonderful park with trails.

Great place to live, very walkable community, lots of dogs, lots of events for families with young children. Go to Cameron Cafe for the adult events in the evening, like Martini Monday and beer tastings for the Beltway Brewing Company. Pocket parks throughout Cameron Station, some with a focal point like a gazebo, fountain, or pergola. Neighbors are mostly friendly and maintain their properties so things look nice.

Lemem the barista makes this place feel like home. And the coffee is perfect.

Great series of parks. Well maintained. Lots of kids play equipment. Great for a stroll in the park. Conveniently located

Walking paths are great and very well lit. Bathrooms are clean.

I miss this community . When i am there lot of friends and i worked there 2 years in this community.

Such a dreamy community! The amenities provided are excellent.

This well established neighborhood development is amazing. It is so well maintained, quiet, and the clubhouse with pool is top notch. Their holiday parties are fun and add such a great sense of community not found in all neighborhoods

Ben Brenman Park is attached and makes good walking, but Cameron has tiny sidewalks for dog walking

Its a lovely park for a nice walk, alone or with your dog. Resturant is nearby aswell. Lake view adds more beauty.

Take a break from pandemic news. We did at Ben Brenman Park in Alexandria. Beautiful scenery. Don t miss the bale of turtles in the photos. One suggestion: Place more trash receptacles around the park. The litter was distracting.

Lovely grounds outside of a highly populated living area.

We love living here. Great location, close to everything. The association has been great to deal with since we have been here. Compared to other associations that get really nitpicky about everything, Cameron Station has been a breeze. There are a lot of events they put together, great for the family.

Was visiting my daughter. Great neighbor hood. And wonderful walking paths. Has a great pool for their community. Love it.
