If I could rate this 0 stars and write a review I would. Bad customer service, technicians don't know their job. The service is over-priced. Nothing but a monopoly. They also take advantage of customers, especially elders with hidden fees and cost. They can't even explain some of the cost on the bills themselves.

If you could actually put zero stars I would have. For months we have had service issues and we keep getting the same story that it s issues in the cable lines. Yet we still have poor service and I got hung up on with customer service. I strongly urge you to find service anywhere else at any cost. Cherry on top is they said I would a get minor discount once the issue is resolved. Good luck to any and all who deal with these losers.

I wish I could give zero stars, it doesn't matter because they're a monopolistic provider so no feedback will ever make them change. I hope 5G cell coverage will get here soon and shut them down.

Overpriced! They charge for service techs! Can't get help with network troubleshooting without permission. I'm canceling and going to find something else. I wish I could give negative stars.

This is sad that they are the only cable company out here but at least I don t have to have cable through them that s the only bright side!! They come out here to move my Internet and because I asked him a question that would make him think he told me he could leave so I let him and we re still in the same position this is horrible horrible horrible! So now I have to wait until next Friday to get this fixed
