Purchased my first DSLR and a few lenses. Shipped and arrived super fast. Everything I got was also significantly cheaper than other stores. Was missing the manual for the camera on arrival, however I've had a quick response from the store who are shipping it out for me.
Will shop here again for future additions to my new camera.
I purchased a Protector Case for my Mavic 2 online - It was the wrong one for my Drone (my mistake entirely). I phoned Cameras Direct shortly after and they happily changed my order and reimbursed the difference immediately. I received an email to say the case was on it's with a tracking number and the case arrived on the day it was supposed to. EXCELLENT Sales and Service. Great prices, fantastic service, and sourcing hard-to-find items when others have struggled. I'm really happy with my new lens and speedlite and Mark was super responsive in sorting out my order on the phone and via email (with a good deal of to and fro on my part). Wonderful experience with these guys, recently purchased a new DSLR and a couple of lenses, got a phone call within the hour from Mark to let me know everything was in stock and being boxed up & shipped. My order arrived the next day (in SA)! I even received en email from mark who kept an eye on my order to let me know when it was out for delivery.

I've bought several cameras ( Nikon D750 & Nikon D850) as well as a few lenses , tripods and associated camera gear From Cameras Direct.. Whenever I'm on the phone to them I've spoken to a real Aussie bloke that gives you up front honest Aussie advice not soft pandering pap. Their prices are always in the ball park with other Australian company listings too.
The purchased items have been delivered across the country to WA within the week, wrapped up like new born babies... I have no problems trusting this business . Good work.

What a pleasant experience. After completing my own research on lens and thinking I knew what you are looking for, I decided to ring to check to see if I was on the right track (only an amateur photographer). I ended up speaking to the same salesperson I purchased my camera off 2 years ago! They offer great advice and throw in their own real life experiences. A pleasure to do business with. I only shop here for my camera gear.
My son and I were regular Cameras Direct "happy customers" on the Gold Coast back in the early warehouse days, so it was that first place I went looking (online) for new gear when I recently returned to photography after about a ten year break.
