I bought a furniture set from them 2 years ago and had it delivered. My experience and the amazing customer service/delivery is bringing me back. The pricing and selection was reasonable. While browsing their current selection online I came across the reviews here and based on some of the less favorable comments, its hit or miss. I cant believe some of the complaints about prices when theyre more than reasonable and it goes to a great cause! I am looking forward to shopping there again!

OK place prices are up there than all of them around the area..If your looking for a certain piece of furniture you might try this place but not a good priced place to shop jon bon jovi should really look at what he invested in or is he into just making the profits???, its a high priced consignment shop with under 35 running it ,rated D- poorly managed most of them as well.. been to many of them in the East coast...good lord I can only imagine what prices are like on the west coast....

This place is a large warehouse style restore. I've been to many of them. They have a medium selection of furniture that changes frequently. Not quite as well stocked as the philadelphia restore but worth a trip if you're nearby. They have different sale days that are worth waiting for. You can get tables and dressers in the 20-50$ range that are usually in quite good condition. Lots of supplies from torn down buildings and equipment for renos.

I'm giving it a 2 rating because the guy in charge ( white guy grey scruffy beard) is a bit rude and not business savvy! Their is stuff there that sits for months because he did his " internet " research and wont budge on a few bucks for DONATED stuff because he says he knows the worth of other people's trash lol it's comical that a restore based on supposedly charitable causes wont sell stuff because its somehow the Walmart of thrift stores. I'm sure the donors would be pissed to know that they hold on to stuff for as long as they want instead of just selling it at a fair price to keep things flowing. I've donated my own personal belongings there before and the Warren Buffett of Restore is not a good fit for a charitable organization, he's more of a sitting in a garbage company office shaking down other smaller garbage companies type of guy. Real wise guy.

This is a terrific place to shop for furniture, household items, even doors & fencing. They always get new things in, have very fair prices & supports Habitat for Humanity. Check out this wonderful store first!

Everything... I MEAN Everything I have purchased from HFH has been excellent (I will post pics of my "goodies"). I frequent the store in Camden and have purchased large ticketed items (Wall Oven, Floor Oven, Tools, Lighting Fixtures to Smaller Items such as tools, paint, blinds, wood, etc, etc, etc) The Staff "TOP NOTCHED" the Volunteers "Friendly". Going to the Camden store and on to the store on Rt. 38 is part of my Saturday routine. In fact, HFH has spoiled me so much that before I buy anything from a regular dept. store, I shop at HFH 1st.

Frustrating Experience! We recently attempted to make a donation of some furniture through the Restore at this location. I first tried to use their online form to schedule a pickup, but the site kept returning an error. Next, I sent them an email with the details and photos of the items. When I didn't receive a confirmation call, I called them. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and took my details and scheduled a pickup.

She said I would receive a call the day prior with a specific time. I didn't receive a call, so I called them. No answer - so I left a voicemail. No return call. The day they were supposed to pick up my donation, they never showed. To top it off, when I called them, it turns out they were closed that day!

Maybe somehow this was all just a series of mistakes - I certainly understand that those things happen. However, I still haven't received a call from them. You would think someone would have the courtesy to return my call even if it was just to say there had been a mistake...

I stop by here every week as we are renovating a home and hoping to come across items we may need, but unfortunately we never have had much luck at this store. The store in maple shade is much bigger and has a better selection of items.
I called to donate a stove and some cabinets that we ripped out and we're going to throw away, which are in good condition but we just want brand new cabinets put in. When asked what condition they were in, I said good condition, then she replied, "well we only accept items that are in "very good" condition" ?? Ok, so basically you only accept brand new items? Isn't this a resell store? I'm confused
I'm just very surprised at their response as I've walked through their stores and not everything is in "very good" condition

The inventory was underwhelming, at best(at least on the day that I was there), and the prices on most items I looked at ranged from almost retail to way over priced. The staff I encountered were unremarkable for the most part and those that stood out were unpleasant. I won't be shopping there again

I recenty purchased three items and was very disatisfied . Next time I will look up item on line to get price of item, I could have bought it new for alot less. I know it is to help . But I was understanding that items would cost less. To also help buyers to buy item for less. also two of the items were broke I had to replace parts. And Idid check them before I left the store i thought the bolts were loose but the rim on item was bent. and broke. What a dissapointment. this was at the new maple shade store. I also looked up another item I was going to buy, it had missing a part .it sells for 25 new they wanted 35 used with part missing

I can't believe people are so picky when you are trying to donate things. I have three perfect pieces of furniture that I would like to donate. A great dining room table that expands to sit 12. I don't have the chairs, but the table itself is in perfect shape. I have a China Closet, antique... also in perfect shape. And finally, a fire place surround. And they won't take any of it. Amazing. I could understand if this stuff was falling apart, but none of it is. At this point, I would rather put it on the curb You try to help people, and you get a miserable person on the phone telling you they won't take your stuff. And I thought your mission was to help people.

This store is getting better. They are a home improvement thrift store, and they usually have good things at a great price. I like that they have new and used things. Pretty awesome place! I hope they don't change into a regular thrift store. The home improvement section is the best part for me.

LOVE IT! Been shopping & donating here since they opened. I bought a sofa thats on the display photos outside! They often get furniture from nearby hotels so the selection is great! I've furnished 2 rooms, living room (sofa, chaise lounge & coffee table) guest room (sofa bed & coffee table) from here for a fraction of what it would have cost elsewhere. Staff is fabulous!

Horrible horrible horrible you supposed to come here if you need things at a discounted price, honestly you may as well go to a regular store and shop the sofas are ripped and put back together in the prep room. Sometimes they just do whatever they can to sell the item. It's like a used car it's good for the first use or till you get it to your house. The customer service is horrible they have no customer service experience at all. This is just a horrible place all together if you want the opinion of an ex employee here it is. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!
